- On October 26, 2022, Patrolman David Turner of the Hazlet Township Police Department arrested Joelle Casale, a 40-year-old female, for driving under the influence of alcohol with two minor children in the vehicle. She was also charged with refusal to submit to a chemical test, reckless driving, careless driving, following too closely, and failure to possess an insurance card. She was convicted of operating under the influence on February 13, 2023, and received a fine, mandatory attendance at an intoxicated driver resource center, and an ignition interlock device requirement.

and the chances are , next year she,ll be done again , slaps dont work , no impound for repeat offenders , the car crushed , no getting it back , and the privlage of paying for the car to be crushed , think she would do it again after that ?

Those sobriety field tests are a waste of time. A drunk person will never pass them, they never have before. Even a sober person couldn’t pass those sobriety tests. Lol The cops always say they smell alcohol and the person they pulled over was speeding or swerving while driving. Then just take them out of their car, handcuff them and take them to jail. Before the field sobriety tests started in 1981, the cops would just arrest the drunk driver and take them to jail. That fast and easy. 🤷🏻♀️
Ok but why did you have to lie and get all clickbaity on us? You knew there were no kids in the car. The car seats were legit empty. I was going to watch other videos of yours until i saw that you lied. Why? If only drunks could understand that the FST's aren't about whether you can do the physical stuff, it's about whether you follow the instructions.
