And I'm eventually gonna collect the physicals and re-visit the journey once more with this knowledge in mind. Currently on Christmas Showdown. Taiju always had that part of himself that could be turned into something good so it's entirely believable that Takemitchi and Mikey knowing everything would be able to save him and his siblings once more. But the reason the ending was so much fun for me specifically was because it carried over what made Takemitchi's journey so compelling. This man has been given a second chance at life and stumbles to find the right path but you can't find the right path alone, he makes bonds, grows connections and slowly but surely paves the way for a brighter future, and then when it ended, what everyone at that battle thought was the end... Turned into Takemitchi and Mikey giving EVERYONE a second chance. I know that the ending got a bad rap, particularly around Twitter weirdos but I'll always stand by it!
I liked the ending tbh. It’s showing that peace was the only answer to stop this cycle of hatred that came from each gangs stories intertwining with each other. The only other way they could have ended it is if Takemitchi flat out dies or Mikey dies but it defeats the purpose of the last arc of saving the one person who just didn’t know how to ask for help
I think the payoff at the end of this arc was amazing. Time leaping was a curse that brought hatred, sadness, anger, and death to many. So what’s the first thing our 2 boys do when they meet? They happily run towards the sunset together. Then Takemitchi makes sure to prevent the evil which would eventually end up forming a cycle of hatred from brewing and becoming what it was in the original timeline. Seeing characters like Shinichiro, Baji, Draken, Kakucho, and even the likes of South who I genuinely believe was just playing tough guy when he was talking shit about Draken’s death considering in the previous chapters he was extremely upset that his men shot and killed Draken someone he seemed to have a great respect for. It was something very pleasing even seeing the likes of Taiju come and fight for Takemitchi genuinely made me happy because Taiju always wanted to know how he couldn’t change his siblings but one boy was able to so now he fights under his wing to understand the man who changed his families destinies. Sure there’s some faults in this arc like Draken dying, Senju being nerfed and basically the narration treated it like she was no where near Mikey’s level despite the previous statements about the leader of the 3 God gangs are all supposed to be relative to each other just for her to lose to the likes of Sanzu who didn’t have any crazy feats.

So I’ve been hearing a ton of hate about this ending after the last season of the anime ended, thank you for making this video so I can see the ending for myself and decide whether or not it’s worth collecting the manga. The answer is yes, a happy ending is nothing to hate. He did it.
Im anime only but i had to see the boy Taiju man. He’s by far my favorite post his fight with Mikey. I didn’t like him for being a bad family member but after that bruh his design is just too cool
That benkei and waka vs tajiu fight was fire but some bs at the same time. But plot is plot and he needed a way to stop the "best fighters in Tokyo" so what better way then having them get one tapped and say it was mostly because they were injured after fighting inupi and koko, THAT MAKES NO SENSE.
Finally takemichi got his dream. My fav part was when takemichi dogded mikey's attacls and hit a critical shot. My man after so many arcs got his golden momement to shine

@@Play-wn6ul The retcon was the ability randomly changing to give them a happy ending at the very end. I would be entirely happy with a good and happy ending. In the end I was expecting as much. The gang all getting the jobs they wished for and Takemitchy getting married to Hina. But this was not how it should have been done. It's a mickey mouse ass ending. Let's just believe that every person in the series willingly becomes a good person. South for example who lived in Brazil was somehow changed to becoming a good person. Hanma, a genuinely interesting character, was not explored in anyway and just became good with no explanation.
To put it plainly, I don't care what happiness he gains in the 2023 fall chapter but opinions will be opinions.
Great video, I really loved the ending and the manga overall! Solid 8/9 👌
reading the entire manga again made me realize how goated this series
I don't know why I am crying 😭
New sub man you was the only person to cover this arc
Brooo , the efforts on making this video is crazy 🔥👍🏻
The best Tokyo revengers video in tv I watched it 3 times
best happy ending in anime history
The ending we all didn't deserve 😩
Wow I watched the whole thing bro thank you for this 🙏
what a perfect ending to an amazing anime. I couldn't have wished for a better ending, amazing video by the way!
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
Jeremiah 29:11 NIV
I fell out of reading TR so this was a great opportunity to recap, haven’t changed my Chifuyu pfp since then lmao
Chifuyu goated
the ending was incredibly rushed but i liked it either way lmao. shit became out of pocket
17:59 Bro fr did the super hero landing pose💀
I loved tokyo revengers and all its arcs, but i just wish the writer put some more effort into making a new arc where he goes into detail how mikey and takemichi saved everybody, instead of just reviving everyone and making them their friends
How is it reviving if they literally just time traveled to the point before they died?
@@Shad_216 some situations seem impossible to save, some characters impossible to revive, the author will need BRILIANT shakespeer level of writting for him to explain how they ended up with this mickey mouse ending, simply traveling before the characters died does not mean they can be saved.
Ken wakui making bonus chapter abt how he save everyone.
@@ultrainsanelybro4401 ok bro, unless he has some shakespeer level writing it will not make sense but sure ill wait
I love this series I'm gonna have ti revisit it for sure.
Can’t wait for the anime to over to rewatch and I go back to this video
Hay man, great video. I love your work. ❤
The Author just wouldn’t let Takemichi abuse his future vision goddamn, like its the last chapter bro
Taiju's entry was baddass as ever ✨
Watching this 2 times cus how amazing this ending was
Goated. Love the ending.
Honestly I am just upset senju and takimitchy relationship didn’t go farther I just thought they where cute together 😭
This arc was excellent it had a good ending mikey got rid of his darkness and everyone had a good life in the end one of the best animes/mangas ive ever watched and read
I like how his darkness disappeared when he obtained the time leaping powers from Takemichi. It's like to remove the curse, obtain the cause of it.
yeah@@loppicat
Tysm for this vid man ❤🔥
Bro the ending is the best it's making me tear up 😭😭 the best ending ever!!
congratulations bro 🤩❤️
Banger🔥
I Watched it all
Thanks bro! Appreciate it 🔥
So I’ve been hearing a ton of hate about this ending after the last season of the anime ended, thank you for making this video so I can see the ending for myself and decide whether or not it’s worth collecting the manga. The answer is yes, a happy ending is nothing to hate. He did it.
😭😭😭 they got their revenge. A happy ending was born. TR ROCKS 🎉
I'll be waiting for the days Bonten Arc, 3 deities Arc and Kanto manji Arc is animated and I will be back, mark my words.
I love the ending
My favorite thing is the cat kiss at the end of the video lol
Im anime only but i had to see the boy Taiju man. He’s by far my favorite post his fight with Mikey. I didn’t like him for being a bad family member but after that bruh his design is just too cool
Just watch once Tokyo revengers is fully animated its gonna be crazy bro I love tokyo revengers best anime
Not a good paced arc but definitely the ending we needed
dang the ending is fkn amazing
I love how I can tell who’s smiley and angry since smiley never opens his eyes
i had already read this and i came to this video for a summary yk like a video talking about it well... 52 mins in and suddenly its over LOL
the goat anime of all time ❤❤
Ngl might tap back in to Tokyo revengers after this
This is a goated arc idk why people hate it
Happy ending❤
That benkei and waka vs tajiu fight was fire but some bs at the same time. But plot is plot and he needed a way to stop the "best fighters in Tokyo" so what better way then having them get one tapped and say it was mostly because they were injured after fighting inupi and koko, THAT MAKES NO SENSE.
The writers gave Mikey that hells paradise funeral turning into flowers and I bet he got that good human sauce for the elixir of life lmfao
Finally takemichi got his dream. My fav part was when takemichi dogded mikey's attacls and hit a critical shot. My man after so many arcs got his golden momement to shine
I dont cry! But this made me cry ... im so happy for Takemichi
this is so nostalgic
Im super hyped when i watched this
So basically takemitchy and mikey draonballed in their universe
I cried all day 😭😭😭😭😭 I love this anime
Nice vid
Only legends can hear la espada in the background
