Ram: 8gb 1600mhz ddr3 (running at 1333mhz).
OS: Win10 fall creators update, game was recorded with Elgato Game Capture HD (external recorder)
Res: 1080 low settings

Ryshlova Noodo dude I didn't know about how badly optimized it was till I tried it. Went online to see if the problem was my system when I found out its mostly the game.
No excuse for poor optimization in a modern major release.

Death of the outsider and there other game prey run much better but they can't seem to fix dishonored 2.

Ryshlova Noodo they probably switched game engines between 2 and the outsider cause they couldn't fix 2.
