In real life if you really wanted to find sometime you can and there's multiple ways of doing it so a civil locator is not unrealistic
@@unsealedhades76 if someone's blowing up cars and doing fail RP scenarios they have to be able to know who the suspect is doing it. its an honor system, you're not supposed to use it when you lose a suspect. but others still do it.

How does his game look so.. realistic? Like at night the darkness is truly dark and the lights shine so well, I've tried turning my brightness and such down low but even then it still doesn't compare to how nice Buggs' looks

It's called Natural Vision. Probably has the remastered version, but I wasn't able to figure out how to get that one. I just have the basic one
