    Thank you for the tip about the yoghurt maker for the bug. I just made a starter in a jar and left it in the bench. It’s 4 degrees in the morning here and it will definitely pass out!! I’m going to put it in my yoghurt maker now. Thank you

    How about mixing it with sourdough rewana...half sourdough starter and half rewana? I'll try it and see what happens...my neighbour has just given me a rewana bug.

    Because I only add sugar at the paraoa making process and not feeding my bug my dough takes much longer to rise. Some ask me why I don’t I add sugar to my bug I tell them “Because I’m sweet enough” lol.
