- In this vlog I visit Thorpe Park for their opening day of 2024 to check out all the Sparkle Project updates. I also take a look at the latest stages of construction for Hyperia and have a first look at the new merchandise for 2024.

Can't wait to get back to this park in July for only my second ever visit! Still yet to experience Colossus as it was still having part of it's retrack when i visted for my first time last year in April. Will be heading straight to Hyperia then Colossus when we visit!

22:04 I loved the soundtrack to Detonator when it was themed to Angry Birds so going to miss that but looking forward to seeing the new fireworks theme in person!

It’s looking like the second week of May currently (pending any issues found during testing) so hopefully you should be good 👍🏻

Do-dodonpa was a savagely quick coaster! It’s a shame it closed. I suspect Stealth will now hold the record until they inevitably switch out its hydraulic launch.

What dates are the parks closed from and open again?
Thorpe closes shortly after Fright Nights, end of Oct / early November. It reopens for the new season end of March 👍🏻

No, parks like Chessington, Alton Towers and Legoland usually have Christmas events which mean they are usually open through until the end of the year 😊

Yeah January, February and March are the months to travel to a 365 park somewhere if you can 😄

Sorry buddy - I had a lot of groups come up and ask about being in the vid (tends to happen a lot on opening days) and I couldn’t cater to everybody 😞 Still hope you enjoyed your day at the park though!
