My favorite was the 2 idiots in the white jeep around 7:30 with no helmets. No loss if they don't make it but this is how riding areas and events get shut down.

I gotta ask... I see to often drivers of these kick ass machines going balls out and not wearing any helmet. Personally i think this is insane! Too much of a chance of a head injury not just from when the buggy rolls but even the side whips and smashing their heads off of the side of the cages. Has there been any head injuries that you have seen while filming and why isn't it mandatory for drivers to wear helmets while competing?
+Ronnie Godfrey If it is a race or bounty hill they have to wear a helmet and most series make them wear fire suits now. The videos where you see them without a helmet on is them just out trail riding and its their choice if they want to wear one or not.

+Ronnie Godfrey I'm not in the industry, but I do follow it on a fairly regular basis. While I agree on the helmet part, I have to admit that the worst Injury I've heard of was a broken collar bone. But that's just what I've heard.

What are they thinking on these complete vertical hills where they just get airborne? No amount of torque can compensate, the front end just pops up and loses all control. are these one time use machines? They seem destroyed.

I notice that many of those hill climb machines use the same if not similar frame designs. Is there a company that all of these frames are purchased from or is it multiple companies making similar frames?
Yes, I don't recall the company's name. But they make a ton of the chassis.
+Liam Arvin alot of them are home made chassis too thought. its a design that is proven to work and alot of people make them in different ways
