this is awesome...had been looking for a card for my nephew for his birthday and was frustrated and saw your card on Pinterest and it was just what i was looking for. Your video is easy to follow and I made his card this afternoon and look forward to making more. I also subscribed and can't wait to see your next creation!
New subbie here. I have just come across the wiper card from another video, then found you. I love your card and looking forward to watching more of your videos.
Absolutely love this card and video! Please keep 'em coming! Can you post the measurements on your blog? Want to make one for my grand daughter's birthday.
Thanks, Barb, for sharing your talents! Card is adorable and video so easy to understand and follow. Is there a way to make a DOUBLE wiper mechanism so the balloons pop up on one side and a card with a sentiment could pop up on the opposite side?
Barb I will be using the clear for the wiper I do it the same way as you did in the video right , but will have to use my double sided tape or can I use the stamping up glue, Thank you, please let me know.
When you used acetate for the wiper, did you have trouble with the corner fold? I really like the idea of the clear wiper. I am going to make on of these. Thanks.
So totally, totally cool. Love it. The card made with the acetate backer instead of Whisper White, did you do same size and process? (I'm a newbie to your channel)
I just love the easiness of making this card and the fun of receiving it myself but there's one problem. I am making this as an invitation for a friend's son's first birthday. I made one sample and showed it to a few people and nobody pulled the sides to show the balloons...they just didn't notice you have to pull on the sides. I can of course tell them to do that but not to 100 people that the invitations would receive. Any idea how to "tell" them to pull it on the sides?
@@barbstamps I customized a stamp that says "pull the ribbons on the sides" and stamped it on the inside of the envelop flap 😉. It worked that way 😊. Hugs, Michelle
Love it, made one last night for my niece!!! Question, on the look who's turning 16, I can't find the framelit to cut out "look who's turning". Was it hand cut?
Never seen that before! it is so fun! but where do you write your message? i mean your greetings so that the person knows who it is from? greetings from Germany Carmen

If you use a window sheet, so you fold the corner the same way? Thanks for sharing.
I do. :-)
Thanks, Barb, for sharing your talents! Card is adorable and video so easy to understand and follow. Is there a way to make a DOUBLE wiper mechanism so the balloons pop up on one side and a card with a sentiment could pop up on the opposite side?
Pat, I am not sure, I suppose you could put the wiper mechanism on both sides of the card. :-) Thanks for the love!!
Barb I will be using the clear for the wiper I do it the same way as you did in the video right , but will have to use my double sided tape or can I use the stamping up glue, Thank you, please let me know.
deborah james make sure you fold the window sheet back and forth numerous times scoring it with a bone folder. I would recommend double-sided tape.
Thank you Barb wow you answered fast have a sunshine day and awesome weekend.
Thank u for sharing
:-)
Good tutorial what die cut your bows? So cute
Hi Mary, as I stated at the beginning of the video, I used the Balloon Adventures Bundle from Stampin' Up! it is retired now. :-)
very clever
That's great video
Thank you Cheryl!
LOVE ❤❤❤❤❤
Too cute! what a greatl tutorial, you make it looks so easy to make, thank you!
Thank you so much!!
When you used acetate for the wiper, did you have trouble with the corner fold? I really like the idea of the clear wiper. I am going to make on of these. Thanks.
A little bit, I really had to burnish it back and forth a lot of times. :-)
So totally, totally cool. Love it. The card made with the acetate backer instead of Whisper White, did you do same size and process? (I'm a newbie to your channel)
I did but you have to really score the window sheet and fold it back and forth a bunch of times. :-)
Does this fit in a regular A2 envelope?
Yes it does!
@@barbstamps awesome. Thank you!

Thanks Michelle, I guess you could enclose a little slip of paper mentioning to pull on the sides. :-)
@@barbstamps I customized a stamp that says "pull the ribbons on the sides" and stamped it on the inside of the envelop flap 😉. It worked that way 😊. Hugs, Michelle
Love the card. For the pop up piece how long can it be? If yoy wanted to add a Happy birthday sentiment. Belinda. South Africa.
I'm not sure, you might have to play around with it. :-)
@@barbstamps thanks will do
What if you don't have the stampin up trimmer to line up the small piece. I have a score board. how do I score it??
Christine Reed you could measure in 1/2" from the corner, mark it and then score across. :-)
Love it, made one last night for my niece!!! Question, on the look who's turning 16, I can't find the framelit to cut out "look who's turning". Was it hand cut?
I actually used two of the oval framelits and then snipped the ends to look like banners.
Thank you so much!!!
Never seen that before! it is so fun! but where do you write your message? i mean your greetings so that the person knows who it is from? greetings from Germany Carmen
Carmen Hofmann I show it in the video, you can write it on the back. :-)
No dies required to make interactive part. Thanks!
great card
Thank you Margaret!
