I’m just trying my luck 🍀 for a a win 🏆 tonight in a 😊match tomorrow in my team and my my friends and my team in in my my family in in my club in a couple days 😊I have been lucky 🍀 and we will get
This is the perfect example of why everyone should subscribe to your channel. While slightly too advanced for me, I have a few of my own ideas thanks to you. Please keep this type of content coming!
Very nicely done, I think the only thing I would change is to use a circular display so the screen goes edge to edge doing away with the need for LEDs around the edge.
just started watching this video, it looks very similar to an open design/project for an input knob with customized feedback, I am not well versed but it used a motor and hall effect sensors to detect the position of the knob. The tactile feedback was achieved through the motor, you could have steps, no step, a switch like option where it locks to the options. Very cool
You can expose sensors from HA to the HomeKit integration and from there you can use an iOS shortcut to trigger your focus modes. The video is a fun watch. Keep up the great work!
Wow, I love it. Thank you very much for uploading this! Awesome project, can't wait to implement it in a mobile do not disturb system. This will help a looooooot of people. Great work! You've earned yourself a new subscription!
Wow I want one. I’ve been looking at these scrolling style wheels for several projects but I love the led and screen idea. Can’t wait for the parts list and files to go up.
and the best part was that I was just looking at your Ocreeb 2.0 project for about the tenth time to see that You had released a new project for me to make!! XD
This is so very impressive! I love the product and your design! I must say though, this really shows why the original foundraised product didn’t catch on enough. Something with all of the features and the level of design of your product would’ve been ridiculously expensive to make for a very niche little product. Regardless I’m so very impressed, thank you for this great work!!!
Just an idea to avoid bluetooth hack: Your ESP is connected to mac >> on button press run it runs shell script >> `shortcuts run "NAME OF SHORTCUT (that sets the focus mode you need)"`. On next click toggle ON\OFF. Since mac and phone share the focus mode automatically no need to touch the phone. Or ESP32 triggers a key combination mapped to hotkey that is mapped to apple shortcut on the mac, not sure what is simpler.
This is a very cool and actually doable project. I hate the ones that use custom pcbs because I don’t want to order custom ones unless it’s something I really need (which means I never buy them because I’m not that motivated)
Thank you! Without baffles, the decaying animation appears too scattered and doesn’t effectively represent the "remaining duration." The baffles provide better control, while the diffuser ensures smoother transitions between individual pixels. This is clearly apparent in the sped-up countdown shown in the final shots.
The M5Stack Dial jumps out at me as a potential off the shelf device that could be used to make a very similar product. Already has a rotary encoder, push button, runs on an esp32, and a touch screen.
This looks so cool. I would love to have some tool like this. i mean it would be cool making multitool (Like RGB and light control, volume, binds, just something like StreamDeck but in form of this look)
It looks cool but a cheap mechanical timer can do the same. The dial would be cooler if you could also use it as input device for scrolling, zooming, volume or whatever but in a way so that the settings are stored in the device and it provides the desired functionality like a plug-and-play device.
@MumrikDK maybe he test oled display about there are limited hardware about he check any issues. But problem is small chips (maybe old version) doesn't support olded display
the only improvement I could see is either a second base or a slight mod that would tilt the whole thing about 45 degrees or so so it is at an angle like a stream deck or other desktop thing easier to see it
What does your video setup over your solder station look like? I'm trying to film my soldering and not having luck. Fantastic product. Will this be a kit? I'd like to build it
Wait, there is an option to not need confirmation for an automation to run. Not sure what happened there with that but hope you figure out a way to not need any outside triggers
I've never tried it, but I believe the home assistant companion app can trigger focus mode as well? But perhaps that is just on Android and not iOS. Excellent build! Loved the attention to detail, subscribed!
Very cool! The one you point us to at the end is cool, too! Now, when will this show up as a kit (and/or pre-built) on Tindie or somewhere, for those of us who aren't up to doing _all_ of the work (for whatever reason(s), but can maybe do some of it). :)
Very nice! Thanks for sharing!! I use an M5 Dial for these types of UIs. Your gadget is amazing with wonderful additions like the light ring. Your creation should be made into a product... why not Kickstart it?
Brooo. I am literally going to make this and it is also the best looking low cost project i have ever seen. It would be a great help if you include the circuit diagram. I am a student and this is going to make my studies super efficient. 😊😊
You are very, VERY quickly becoming my favourite maker/creator on youtube. The production, the educational aspect, the projects/products, the reviewing of your mistakes, it all is such high quality start to finish. Please keep doing what you love - and if that is creating these videos, I'll gladly be watching.
Being a developer and a tinkerer, haven't you considered switching to Android? And not have to emulate a fake Bluetooth peripheral to put your phone on focus mode?
looks like a commercial product! well done
I’m just trying 😊
I’m just trying my luck 🍀 for for this one ☝️ thank thank 😊

I’m just going home 🏡 and I’m just trying not really really sure 👍 on
I’m I’m just saying
I love it! And I love how you showed it altogether at first, but broke it down into "solvable" steps!
This is the perfect example of why everyone should subscribe to your channel. While slightly too advanced for me, I have a few of my own ideas thanks to you.

Brilliant project , great execution, and amazing cinematography !! Dude you really deserve way more subscribers that you have!
What's the UI design tool's name
Lopaka
It's called Lopaka and I just linked it in the description
Wow I want one. I’ve been looking at these scrolling style wheels for several projects but I love the led and screen idea. Can’t wait for the parts list and files to go up.
The hack with the bluetooth audio and iOS automations is amazing! I need to replicate that!
Awesome as always, thanks for this video.
can u pls mention that graphics design tool....?
Autodesk Fusion 360
Lopaka?
I keep asking myself that!
We already know that you used Figma for some projects to visualize, but how do you animate?
yep that's the one!
I use After Effect to animate Illustrator visuals
16:53 looks like a full blown lens cross section. Amazing project as always.
Perfection! Thank You!
i loved this product when i saw the youtube video of the guy making it. Loved it
That is Very Awesome, Well Done
Beautiful device! Man, looks like production ready! Cheers🎉
Really cool, great work!
and the best part was that I was just looking at your Ocreeb 2.0 project for about the tenth time to see that You had released a new project for me to make!! XD
Dude I was trying to get some ducking work done and now I’ve gotta build this. Well done sir
Hey! Very cool project can you share the tool you used to make the gui ?!
It's called Lopaka. I just linked it in the description
This is a way more elegant solution than what some of my employees currently use. I might have to make some for people at work who might want them.

Its amazing !!! I really want one
Awesome project man! Definitely one of the better channels on youtube 😄
Looks as amazing as all your projects!
thanks!
Beautiful. Though a little curious to isolate the LEDs with baffles, only to immediately try and difuse them together with resin!
Thank you! Without baffles, the decaying animation appears too scattered and doesn’t effectively represent the "remaining duration." The baffles provide better control, while the diffuser ensures smoother transitions between individual pixels. This is clearly apparent in the sped-up countdown shown in the final shots.

Very nice, well done. I would add a little extra weight to it to make it feel even more prime!
Great work!
great prototype! 👏
Thanks!
This looks so cool. I would love to have some tool like this. i mean it would be cool making multitool (Like RGB and light control, volume, binds, just something like StreamDeck but in form of this look)
Awesome project man! Only a bit disappointed you didn't use the Waveform round oled display. But very nice, good job!
I’ll build one myself! Waiting for the files!
It looks cool but a cheap mechanical timer can do the same.
The dial would be cooler if you could also use it as input device for scrolling, zooming, volume or whatever but in a way so that the settings are stored in the device and it provides the desired functionality like a plug-and-play device.
It looks really good I might make one
Why not use the NFC trigger for the shortcut and put a NFC card where you'll put your phone? i feel like that'd be easier
That will still bring up the "Confirm you want to run this shortcut" popup unfortunately
This looks epic, I do not trust myself that I would use it. But having some automation on there and controlling home assistent? that would be cool.
everything you do = well done.
love it hope the algrythm pics it up und you get the well earned cudos
Very cool!!
Let's go. Another amazing project ❤
What library did you use for WiFi provisioning it looks super nice?
One more distraction I must click on…I will need one of these devices ASAP
Lol awesome stuff
Congratulations on the spirit: since they won't do it, I'll do it.
Amazing!
6:52 "I'll link it down below" - so, where is it, Salim? WHERE IS THE LINK, SALIM?!?!
Wheeeeeiiire
it's called lopaka. found it in a different comment lmao
haha! Thanks for letting me know. I was half awake when I copy pasta and missed that chunk. It's posted now
Cool man!
Great project, amazing presentation! Patreon when? 😊
why not use a oled circular display?
Price
Oled display is extremely expensive and difficult to bulid due to oled is different that normal display
@@Andy-js5jythe one he is using is already OLED, just not a big round one.
@MumrikDK maybe he test oled display about there are limited hardware about he check any issues.
But problem is small chips (maybe old version) doesn't support olded display
Great job, btw lily go actually makes a device very similar to this called the T-Encoder pro
the only improvement I could see is either a second base or a slight mod that would tilt the whole thing about 45 degrees or so so it is at an angle like a stream deck or other desktop thing easier to see it
Crowdfunding time!

Cool build! What clear coat did you use on the parts? The finish looks nice.
I have this already. It's built into my Alexa Echo Show 5.
Thank you for reminding me I never got my Time Chi xD
Quality over quantity, I like your style
well done
I've never tried it, but I believe the home assistant companion app can trigger focus mode as well? But perhaps that is just on Android and not iOS. Excellent build! Loved the attention to detail, subscribed!
Man resin printing looks like a lot of effort
Awesome work! What was that tool you used for the OLED graphics? I missed it if you linked it somewhere
Thanks! It's called Lopaka. I just linked it in the description
@salimbenbouz thanks a ton!
Love your design asthetic and attention to detail. Awesome project!
Thank you!
IDK man, Looks like you were already pretty focused... I'm just kidding, great video and what an impressive product!
Great project. What did you use for screen design please?
Is there a place where we can find the parts list?
Very cool! The one you point us to at the end is cool, too! Now, when will this show up as a kit (and/or pre-built) on Tindie or somewhere, for those of us who aren't up to doing _all_ of the work (for whatever reason(s), but can maybe do some of it). :)

Cool, I wish I had the same.
Bro porcrastinated by making an anti procrastination gadget 😂😂
Sweet! Where do I buy one?
Great work! But why not just use something like M5Stack Dial?
How do you deal with screws in a resin 3D print?
Anyways, congrats for this amazing project!
there are many out there already like this
ADHDers will love this
amazing

please post the code would be really interesting how you implemented the software
why you did not use round display?
perfect
please share project files , thanks
Imagine watching this video because you got distracted off of your project 😢
Problem withe these projects as with Scot's, some components run out as soon as you publish the video.
I also was a victim of Time Chi...
2h sidetrack? ;)
That is one of the fanciest pomodoro timer implementations I've seen in a while.
Can you upload the files for this project please 😊
No wayyyyy i just started building this yesterday. Perfect timing
Imaging know how to do all that
Being a developer and a tinkerer, haven't you considered switching to Android? And not have to emulate a fake Bluetooth peripheral to put your phone on focus mode?
👍👍👍
Smoke
Cant you just use a switch from a mecanical keyboard as buttons?
Nice video but please don’t use the AirPods sounds if you want people with AirPods watching your video.
Yooo
You went a little too far, but very cool
