Tjommi, this really made me feel privileged and moved to have a friend like You out there. What a masterpiece this video is, perfect editing and captured adventure. I know for sure how much passion and work this is before it gets to our pleasure to watch. We had such fun days out there with many laughs both at the days riding but crazy at the evenings, loved that Nomad Rob could join us as well for a great time together. Viking Timing! 💪🔥. Again thank You for these days were we watched up years of discussions and fun topics, not sure if all great people out there that knows us understand that we actually have daily contact as great friends. Look forward to see You again! until then I see that I have to shape up alot with camera work and editing, You are in the very top league with this quality! 💪❤🤠🔥 🇸🇪❤🇳🇴
It is safe to say that you have been one of my biggest motivators for what I do and have been a true friend for several years now. It is always a little bit scary to try to portrait the people you look up to, but I think you came across like the good person you are. It was some really great days out there. So many great trails, so many laughs and so many great stories and amazing ideas. Still laugh when I think about some of it. It was perfect timing that Rob could come and meet as well, I hope we got a little bit more time with him next time. We will see each other soon enough and I really can't wait to see what the future holds. I am forever grateful for the time we shared. Let's go and do even more crazy stuff 🔥👏🏻🇳🇴🇸🇪 Fedt nice 🎥😆 Skål Tjommi

It was truly a milestone to finally meet up and share some good talks. You are welcome mate... So you have heritage from Scandinavia then? Funny you say that. My grand grandfathers brother went to America so many years ago. So I know there is some family we dont know of living in America 🤩

Excellent video 📹 Thomas..great filming and editing too, and nice soundtrack 👌. Nice to meet up with Mattias , and that other guy...I think he is on Interpols most wanted list!🤣🤣 He looked just like Robert from Nomad Sweden 🇸🇪...cheers Steve
Thank you so much Stephen 🤩 Glad you liked it, appreciate that. There guys are way cooler in real life than you get the impression in videos. Had such a great time. I bet the Nomads had a crazy time down south. And can't wait to see what they got in store for us this winter. Cheers
The 3 Amigos and their Banjo’s. Great to see you all meeting up around a camp fire enjoying a drink or two. So who makes the best coffee then 😉😄. You guys really don’t know how lucky your are living in a place with endless ADVENTURE roads to travel and beautiful scenery, I’m sitting here in rainy Britain dreaming about being in your shoes, living the dream 😄. Top job once again Thomas 👏🏻 and Thanks to you all for keeping us entertained 👍🏻.
Hahaha, the 3 amigos indeed 🤣👏🏻 Well, to be fair, I think Mattias has the upper hand when it comes to cowboy coffee and trangia cooking. He could make Gordon Ramsay look like a rookie. It is quite a privilege to live in a country like Norway or any other Scandinavian country. So much beauty and so many nice roads. If there is any comfort, it rains over 200 days a year where I live 🙈 Glad you liked it mate, hope you are doing great and enjoy the new bike. Cheers 🍻

Thank you Paul 👏🏻 I had so much more footage from the husky museum, but I will consider to do a own video about that, if Mattias not making something about it. I know he did quite some work in there. More to come, so much more 🤩
What a comeback to the riding videos! Loved it! And I learned something new today: you understand each other! I googled it; you can also understand the Danes. Found nothing on the Finns, though 😂
Thank you Paulo... so glad you liked it. always great when a new video get such a warm review. Haha, yeah... that is true, we do understand each other quite well. But the Finns are just a whole other level. that is completely different again. I don't think any country understand them 🤣
Great fun vid, beautiful and like seeing friends. Lot of memories in my life too. Sharp Husky's. Robert, the Nomad is something. He didn't share his setup magic tricks. haha
Thank you Sam, glad you liked it 😊 Something special to meet up like this, and no... Robert did not show me the secret, I think that dark stuff is best left alone for the swedes 🙈 Cheers

Thomas, you are such a great storyteller and videographer that you even made Sweden look beautiful (I am Swedish). Amazing (as you say). Cool video with my 3 favourite scandinavian RUclipsrs.

Thank you Thomas for this great video. I am late in watching it but happy that you can inspire me to look forward to the upcoming 2023 season. I remain continually amazed at the HUGE AMOUNT OF WORK and TALENT that I can see goes into putting this all together! I cannot express how much it means for me to continue to watch your videos. I know that since this video the three of you have gone on to making your first podcasts. So it is nice to see a video of you all getting together prior to those podcasts and imagining, during your conversations, the germination of the idea. Continued success, both together and personally!
So nice to hear from you in here as well Roger, and really happy to hear you enjoyed this video 🤩 Amazing what one can achieve when really loving the process of making videos like this. I really appreciate the nice comment. Thank you so much. Haha, yeah, when we meet up in the forest like this, it did not take long before we hit the same note and it was clear... we need to do much more together, not only individual. So the Nordic ADV TV idea sprung. So we will continue and see how that goes as well. Cheers mate 👏🏻

I have to be honest, I get a extra smile around my face when I see you commenting again. The Norwegian King in visual storytelling. Thank you, things have happened the last couple of years when it comes to learning the craft. And as you know, your videos has been a huge motivator and inspiration for what I myself are making. Thanks mate. 👏🏻🎥🇳🇴
Awesome video again, you should get an "Ambassador of Norway" badge! Cool that you found some great roads to break in that T7 properly, it will thrive on roads like these. IDK about your relation with Mattias, Thomas - but since you´re calling him "Tjommi", I suspect you have a great bond with him, as I regard that term as quite a badge of honour relating to a guy from western Norway. Great to see that you could meet in spite of the distance between you. 12:30 - I can´t clearly see how you communicate in the video, so I just wanted to chip in that a machine operator in a tight spot like that would appreciate if you pause in good distance (at least double the reach of the machine), get eye contact and a nod or some sign of "go ahead". Just because I occasionally work in similar places, and people do the weirdest things... I don´t want to hurt anyone, so I will immediately stop once I realise you are there. If you would care to spread the word in the future, I would be really grateful. Really nice to see you pass that horse so gently right after - I like that a lot. When fellow road users - on two, four or even more feet wave at you, you´re doing adventure riding the right way. I love your camping style as well - no impact, only bliss and peace of mind all the way around. Greetings from Østfold, hope to meet you on those gravel roads some time for a coffe and a chat.
Thank you so much Ole. Really appreciated this post. I had to read it a couple of times to let it all in. First of all, I don't think a badge will make a different. I will just continue to show my passion trough my eyes and what I find so great about it. Me and Mattias goes back some years now, and it is safe to say we have a special bond. He has been such a huge motivator for me, and what I do. He also helped me trough some rough times with just being a great person. Not sure he knows that 😉 So yeah, he absolutely deserve the brand Tjommi. I did just as you say to the machine operator. I came to a complete stop in good distance and waited for him to wave me towards him. He had eye contact with me (open my visor) and had control over the situation. I know how it is to operate huge machines like this or trucks. So I have the utmost respect for this kind of work and how easy it is to hurt someone. Give respect and get respect. I have been a first responder to a girl trown off a horse once, and that was not a good experience. So I try to be as careful and silence as possible when coming up from behind like this, No matter what animal it is. When they see me or are aware, I gently pass with as little throttle as possible. I try to show of how I am and how I like to do things in my videos. Set a good example and you will earn your respect from your fellow riders. If you ever come across me, please reach out and say hello. Would love to shake your hand, share some stories and drink a cup of coffee. -Thomas-
@@tshansen Awesome, Thomas! I should have expected as much - no, I don´t worry about badges either, I just wanted everyone to know that when you entitled someone "Tjommi" - it means someone special to you. You´re exactly my kind of adventure rider, I will always look out for your videos. In my parts, we always say "good luck" or "safe travels" like this; Kjør vakkert! Ser deg på veien, TS!

Absolutely brilliant again, really enjoyed that, actually felt I was there. Glad you had a few beers and perhaps some of our whiskey 👌. Hope you are enjoying the Yamaha, it certainly looks the part. I’m going to watch all again. Looking forward to many more with your Yamaha.
Thank you Ewen, that was really nice to hear. I struggled a little with editing all this footage and make a story, so to hear comments like this motivates me a lot. Are you the maker of the whisky we had around the bonfire? I'm really happy with the Yamaha, absolutely love the bike. And can't wait to bring it with me on even bigger adventures next year. Cheers 🍻
Virkelig god redigering , musikk og visuell historiefortelling Thomas, ren nytelse å se. Top notch. Det er ikke vanskelig å se at du legger enormt med arbeid i detaljer som løfter dette for oss seere. Denne eposoden var virkelig en høydare, klasse!!!!!!!!

this is an amazing video. The videography is great and the story-telling is fantastic - and all self-filmed too. Now, I have to ask what language do Norwegians and Swedes speak when they meet up?
Swedes and Norwegians from southern Norway, especially around Oslo and a radius around that almost has the same language, there are not many words in normal conversations which are not the same and we normally both know those unique words of the other language so that's no issue. I Norway in general we understand each other very well. I wouldn't say the same about danish and I don't think they do about either Norwegian or Swedish... Norwegian and danish is quite similar in written form but is completely different spoken. Swedes understand the written danish and we would understand the talked also if they pronounced it as it is written 😆

Great video thanks for sharing. I love seeing Scandinavia! I hope I get a chance to visit the land of my ancestors one day.
You are welcome mate... So you have heritage from Scandinavia then? Funny you say that. My grand grandfathers brother went to America so many years ago. So I know there is some family we dont know of living in America 🤩
@@tshansen We cant trace our actual family line past 7 generations. the search just goes cold. DNA test came back mostly Norse. My step grandfather was Norse too. There are a lot of Norse blooded people in the US.

Cheers 🍻

Thank you Tonny 👏🏻🔥 appreciate that 🎥
@@tshansen You have earned the praise. It's evident how much effort you have put into it. I have been browsing your channel since it was introduced to me on TAMP earlier this year. I find this to be your best production so far. Keep up the good work :)
@@RoamingViking That means a lot to hear Tonny 👏🏻 I try to give the viewers the best experience possible and really enjoy creating videos like this. So I try to learn from every video and become better. The story telling part is the hardest, but so incredible to get right when you have learn how to do it. Cheers

at 2:35 unless you are itchy boots. 🙂 she does not do gravel roads. I'm starting to watch your other videos. Very enjoyable. thanks. 🙂
Does she not? That is insane, what a huge part of the ADV riding she is missing out on 🙈 Glad you liked it John. Cheers
@@tshansen She does them, but... it's not her thing. She loves riding off road, the desert or where ever she can get to her destination. But, she had her last episode last week. She has finished riding the world. Don't know what she will do next. Maybe the moon. 🙂
I can't believe you met up with Robert. He is so funny and excellent videographer. He is very talented. 🙂
I'm so lucky I can call him my friend. He is a great guy, and even more funny IRL 😁 But don't tell him I said that 🤣
@@tshansen What is... IRL? we are not friends. I comment on his video's. He knows of me and my comments. that is all. But he is enjoyable to watch and he is a prankster. Good for a laugh. 🙂
@@JohnSmith-uy7sv in real life 😇
@@tshansen Thanks. Yes, Itchy Boots preferred to ride the dirt trail and woods. But she does ride highways and gravel roads to get to her destination. I was hoping she would do the TAT in america. She got sidetracked and tunnel vision for alaska. The end of an era. 😞
this is an amazing video. The videography is great and the story-telling is fantastic - and all self-filmed too. Now, I have to ask what language do Norwegians and Swedes speak when they meet up?
Thank you Sir 🤩👏🏻 So glad to hear you enjoyed it. We talk almost the same language, so we understand each other quite good. same with the danish 😁
Swedes understand the written danish and we would understand the talked also if they pronounced it as it is written 😆
very beautiful video! i`m watching in south korea
Thank you, so cool to hear it has reach all the way to South Korea 🤩👏🏻 That is just amazing. Glad you liked it.
Really nice videos 👌🏻you earned a sub for the great content
Thank you Yoda, really appreciate that 🤩 Much more content is coming, and I try to do a little bit better for every video. Cheers
