Very interesting video. Well structured. I was looking for a realization like that for weeks and I just pop up on it. Thank you so much for your tutorial.
Great tutorial, thank you! Very clear explanation and demonstration, I learnt a lot - so many videos are just confusing or poorly explained but this was excellent.
Justin, I appreciate this video. It is well presented. The planning behind your "class" is very obvious and the delivery is remarkable in that you first gave the example, then went step by step in a clear and well paced presentation. Fantastic! Definitely subscribed to your channel!!!
Love it! I made a variant using the same method. I have a number of icon-boxes on the slide. When one is clicked, it triggers a summary panel to slide down from it.The panel is a regular text box. It has animation triggers on the icon-box to enter and exit ("wipe" prevents overflow display). There is also a trigger on the panel to exit itself. A "More>" link is in the panel as a normal hyperlink to a slide.
This is a great video tutorial. Thanks for sharing. You mention towards the end of the video when testing the navigation, the fact that the user can only navigate to the other slides using the navigation system you have created. How have you disabled the keyboard or mouse features to ensure the user only uses the navigation? Many thanks
Hi, i'm using ppt for mac but unfortunately it doesn't have the trigger button. Is there any alternative way to substitute this button? and can you explain how to lock the clickable screen, so if i clicked the screen unintentionally it won't go to the next slide or in other words, i can only use the menu that i already made to navigate the presentation slides. thanks. I really like this tutorial and thanks for your amazing explanation step by step.
Great tutorial, what I always needed.. Thanks a lot. Could you please re-explain how to get the back to last slide working?! Somehow I couldn't manage.. Thanks.
Hello Thanks this was really cool.. but problem is when i click on bookmark to bring menu down and click on one item to go on next page .. if we come back to that slide the menu is still open, is there a way we can close the menu automatically when we make one selection
Very good video, but i'm just curious, how do you make sure if we click to the slide (Not the menu), it wont change to the next slide? Thanks again & keep up the good work.
I got the interaction/animation working. But, the slider returns abruptly, not smoothly like the slide out. Settings/timing is the same. Any clues how I can fix?
Hello, Need Help.. I did exactly as you said but when i add triggers then the click on rectangle hyperlink stops working. Its starts working as soon as i remove the trigger. I am using power point 2007. Can you guide?
If, during a presentation it is necessary to move forward as shown, work through a number of slides and then return to the point you left, which would not be the last slide viewed such as start from slide 1 and at slide 15 jump to slide 25, work through to slide 30 then jump back to slide 15 and continue from there, how can this be done?
It is, yes, and I'll be covering mouse over effects in a video tutorial I hope to be publishing fairly soon. Make sure you're subscribed (and click the bell to receive notifications) so that you know when it's up.
Your lesson would have been easier to understand had you zoomed in the camera to that part of the slide (top right hand corner) where you did all the work: maybe change my word “understand” to “see”!
Perfect, having a presentation next week and not wanting to the traditional presenting... this is so good. Thank you for a very pedagogical tutorial.

I just practiced making a drop down menu with clickable tabs. Very cool. Thanks for the tips.
Excellent video, mistakes included. Adds an element of honesty to your tutorial, so no apology necessary.

Hello, Need Help.. I did exactly as you said but when i add triggers then the click on rectangle hyperlink stops working. Its starts working as soon as i remove the trigger. I am using power point 2007. Can you guide?
Are you using the group as the trigger, rather than the individual rectangle itself?
Thank you!
