- While many towns and villages across Ireland have undergone years of decline since the last economic downturn, some are thriving. What’s their secret?
Travelling across the country Duncan discovers the challenges facing our towns and learns what good quality design, strong leadership and community buy-in can do to improve the quality of life for all living and working in our towns. This episode shows how spatial planning profoundly impacts the viability of communities, and how a redesign of our rural towns and villages can breathe new life and hope back into rural Ireland.
Pride of place! Absolutely correct!
Tipperary is such a beautiful beautifully stunning village. The views across the town were heavenly.
Must be the most beautiful scenes and vistas ever seen in this film.

Such a beautiful country and landscapes.
the government and local authority need to listen to the residents of Tipperary Town Con Horan
🤠
Along way to Tipperary but my great grandmother hails from Cork.
They should block that road for half a day every week. All those buisnesses would put pressure on the government and there would be action within a month
That was on the cards . but u would be amazed the cohort of pro fine gael business owners that were against losing a couple of hours revenue. . there is also a dark side not portrayed an that is the fact many older businesses in the town campaigned and objected to keep big retail out of the town
Fantastic video.
Beautiful people.
My hearts right there.
