Ma'am I have the same matter you are explaining in section 16 proviso so my client has purchased the property in haryana but he lives in Delhi he paid defendant to 12 lacs 97 k and the agreement was also made in haryana later on defendants denied to make the property documents in my clients favour in cut short he neither want to give the property nor giving the money back to my client who is working in Delhi lives in Delhi so can you tell me any judgement on it so that I can show it before the court or tell me if there is no jurisdiction plz answer 🙏🙏
Ur cleint is not defendant. Suit can be instituted where property is situated or where defendant resides, works for gain .. ye plaintiff k place pr suit section 16 mein nhi la sakte. Aapne suit specific relief ka file kiya hai kya ?
