I’ve been to a few Disney auditions and it’s almost always been a full day ordeal with 300 people in the waiting room, and just a small handful getting callbacks...it’s so true that you can’t tell what they’re looking for at any given time, and with the number of parks/shows I suspect they’re just constantly building a roster of people and waiting for the right time to bring them in. I just realized Cheyenne is my former student, and I used to tell her my experience in the Disney College Program! So proud she ended up working at Disneyland!

Alyssa Ramirez Usually for as long as you stay/get let go/the show stays open!! Some gigs are seasonal and those things are not that common and usually the people who already work at Disneyland get to try out for them first!
Hello Abby! Sorry for the late response. I didn't see this until now. I sang "Reflection" and an old favorite of mine called "How to Touch a Girl." lol kind of a scandalous title for a song for Disney but hey, it got me there so I would say sing your best song you got for you!!

I just wore a dress and my favorite audition shoes! Meaning something cute enough but also comfortable. Not too high of heels
