This is my latest build to commute on. 1200watt 20inch fat tire ebike kit, Schwinn Occ Stingray Chopper bike frame, front fork fat tire conversion. 52volt ebike battery. I put a 750 watt 48 volt mid motor on mine
I have a chopper to west coast looking to do this but not for sure what kit to get. Id like to be able to go atleast 40/45 mph I don't like going to fast I just want to cruise and some what keep up with traffic
1500watt kit with a 52volt battery will get you 35mph. 45mph will need a 72volt kit.

The frame is a Schwinn Stingray. You can still get one on ebay. Or used on Craigslist

So you have to modify and buy new forks? I have the same bike I’d like to do a conversion on it. I don’t know how good I am at welding 😂

Tight fit. Use dish soap and metal tire change tool

@@electricchoppers thats cute my gas bike will do 75 miles on a gallon of gas and i can refuel in less than 5 minutes. E bikes take 8 hours or more.
My battery takes about 2 1/2 hrs. to fully charge 😎 I can hear the ocean waves when I ride! 🌊🌊🌊🌊
