Generally speaking you don't want anything without speed or the possibility to roll it (leggos without speed sub stat).
15:25 That's better than okay. Those are about the best secondary stats for attack based nukers, on a epic piece, since you start with 3 sub stats. Set is not the best, but not useless either because some nukers still want some accuracy. Early game stats before sets anyway
don't buy any gear without speed sub stats because you should focus on making your team fast ideal situation would be your speed booster between the range of 270-250 , defebuffer 245-230 and finally your dps around 220 speed. more your team move your overall dmg will increase as well in every area of game
