They are one of the best dancers and performers in the industry! They are known for singing live while dancing very intense choreos. They also have an overarching storyline throughout their mvs and discography. I recommend Bouncy and Guerrilla next ❤
I admire Ateez a lot. To make it big in such a saturated industry takes a lot of work and it shows. They are all super talented and hardworking, you can see their growth throughout the years even if they debuted as amazing rookies already.
You’ve chosen a great group as you gateway into kpop! Ateez are incredibly talented, especially amongst younger, currently active groups. Some things that make them stand out are: 1. Live vocal quality. There’s always a preassumption that kpop artists lip sync, which has unfortunately grown to be more prevalent lately than in the past, but Ateez all have amazing vocals, especially their main vocalist Jongho. They always make sure their voices are heard in live performances. 2. Performance quality. They are known as performance kings, even Psy has praised them as a group that stands out in the current generation after watching their performance. They always give 100%, if not more. Always treat special opportunities, such as coachella, as if it’s their one and only shot to make it or break it. 3. Production team. Ateez has one of the most unique production teams, which includes the leader of the group Kim Hongjoong who almost always participates in creative aspects of their music. Mingi, the other rapper, also writes his own lyrics and participates. 4. Their music spans a wide range of genres, from house/edm/trap (Hala Hala, Horizon, To the Beat) to hip hop/ r&b (Matz, It’s You, The Leaders), and rock (Geurrilla, Dune, Rocky - Boxers version), and in more recent years, have really come to establish their own signature Ateez genre (see the entirely of The World: Outlaw album). I can always trust Ateez to bring something new to the table, and not follow trends or make music for the sake of it going viral on TikTok. Ateez are REAL artists, who show genuine passion and dedication for their craft. The members all take their art very seriously, everyone always trying to do better, to improve, to show something more! Their growth is very organic in comparison, as they debuted in a very small company. They were not immediately popular straight out the gate, the way groups that come from larger, more prestigious companies get the privilege of. All the success you’re seeing of Ateez right now is for the most part, due to the members’ own hard work and talent!
Thank you for reacting to Ateez. They have a very diverse discography. Halazia, Guerilla are my favorite MV. Dune and Cyberpunk are just awesome no mvs for those two. Cyberpunk does have a live performance. Also watch their Coachella performance it was epic. The second performance at Coachella is great to watch as the camera work is so much better . They conquered Coachella with amazing performances.
Love your reaction and welcome to the rabbit hole where thousands of curious bunnies enjoy Kpopland ;) If you want to hear some of Ateez's vocals, I recommend Turbulence, Answer and also the latest cover of Jongho (main vocal) and San (lead vocal) Dear Name
If you want to see how far they have come, I recommend watching their debut Pirate King. It is the official performance video and it was shot in Morroco. They are an exceptionally hardworking and talented group. Enjoyed your reaction and the pure happiness in your eyes as you watched this. Looking forward to more.🏴☠💜
ateez is a very outstanding talented kpop group. they set the standards so high, once you get into them its hard to get satisfied with other kpop groups 😆 their discography is diverse and they surprisingly have a lot of male fans. you should get to know them more
this reaction was crazy! im so glad ateez introduced you to kpop because for one they’re amazing artists but also because their music videos really cater to people who’re looking for something cinematic. most kpop groups have a concept they follow through out their discography but ateez have an entire lore that includes elements of dystopia, dimension travel and mainly a pirate theme, you can really see the peak dystopia in their mv for HALAZIA & GUERILLA! if you’re looking for something with multiple concepts and a fun little story line I also recommend that you check out BOUNCY (K-HOT CHILLI PEPPERS). Also, they took the Sahara Stage on coachella recently! Their performance of their B-Side “ARRIBA” was so fun! Thank you so much for reacting to ateez. I can’t wait to see more from you!! 🏴☠️
Thanks so much for watching and sharkng this info! Appreciate it. I just recorded a reaction to Bouncy and hope to get it edited and uploaded soon. Have a great day.
They are one of the best groups currently active and quite unique! They do a lot of genres so depending on what you like we can provide recs. Their title tracks normally are more directed to festival and live performances and party because thats what they specialise in(and aced Coachella). If you like that I recommend Bouncy, and The Real. For more vocally out there with relaxed vibes Turbulence and personally Utopia. If you like a bit of rock vibes Guerrilla is one of rhe modt unique songs youll find very little like that in Kpop! Fan favs are also Dejavu, Fireworks and Cyberpunk ❤ looking forward more reactions from you
The thing about Ateez is that almost all of their music is part of a massive storyline. This song is the title track of an album that is the culmination of Four albums that make up one chapter of the story. There are trailer videos that kind of fill in the gaps to really understand what’a going on in Crazy Form, but the song will make more sense even if you watch the other 3 music videos from this chapter in order. Guerrilla, Halazia, and Bouncy. Tell the story of inter dimensional travelers who land in a dystopian world where bad guys with no faces have taken over and brainwashed the population, erasing their emotions and controlling them like robots. Ateez starts an underground resistance movement to take down the corrupt government and restore emotions and autonomy to the people and then find some kind of vehicle to return them to their own world.
Most of ATEEZ title tracks are in a hype up tone but their discography in general is very versatile! In their discography you can find, rock, jazz, Syth-pop, ballad, EDM, pop, hip hop and even the use of classical music!! I look forward to more reactions to them cuz I bet you're going to be surprised. BTW- PLEASE REACT TO ATEEZ AT COACHELLA!! They were the first kpop boy group to perform at Coachella and did amazing, they're known as performers kings for a reason! They have an awesome cover of Leave the door open which was one of the first things I saw from them, the vocals and their vibe/energy blew me away - was hooked from that point on! Halazia is one of my favourites but even that is hard to pick amongst all their other awesome tracks. Their bsides are incredible and have such a range of styles that you can never be bored or disappointed as an Ateez fan 👍
I admire these talented powerful artists and the video clip is amazingly invested! Bravo!! (I'm little bit old for this 🙂) but I will continue to follow and get to know them more
Ateez have all kinds of genres! For example they have a rock song called Guerilla, Arriba is more like latino style, they also have a lot of edm and ballads and so many more! I hope you check more songs and i suggest you check their bsides aswell Ateez never dissapoints
K-pop is an industry and not a music genre, Korean artists have just as many genres of music as western artists. BTS and Ateez are my absolute favourites and if you like production you won’t be disappointed with these two groups both are phenomenal. 💜
Yes this is true. I initially thought I didn’t like K-pop because I’m not into pop music in general. But I’ve discovered that these days K-pop is really diverse as far as genres go & there is probably a group for whatever your music tastes are. Personally I currently have 3 fav groups - EXO (vocal kings with r&b vibes), Stray Kids (I still don’t know their genre lol, I think they made their own) & Ateez (amazing dancing & choreo) 😊
This was a lot of fun. So creative! Just recorded a reaction to Bouncy and again so good. Hope to get that video edited and uploaded soon. Have a great day.
Ateez and Stray Kids are two of my favorite kpop groups. They are two of the most dynamic and unique groups in the 4th generation groups in kpop. I definitely hope you check out both groups. Below are some of my favorite songs by each group: Ateez- Pirate King (debut song) Guerrilla (hard hitting) Turbulence (slower song/ballad type) Stray Kids- District 9 (debut song) Megaverse (hard hitting) Leave or Cover Me (slower songs/ballad type)
hey nice reaction! ATEEZ is tryly one of the kind! As someone who is not very much into k-pop, even music in general, they have truly grab me to be such a devoted fan! I saw people recommand songs, but I mostly saw songs that are very hype and with a lot of energy (which they are really good with!) but if you want them doing some different kind of genre, I advice turbulence, one of their singing live like the one for dreamy day or not too late or even fever! Promise is also a really good song to check, if you are ok with sub unit, watch matz, it's you, youth and everything! Anyway hoping you will love your journey with ateez!
That is amazing, thanks for sharing that. Just recorded a reaction to Bouncy and loved it. Hope to get that uploaded soon. Excited for more. Have a great day.
ohhhh plz react to more ateez you will love them a lot they are very versatile and every song is so different from the other also they are amazing dancers sometimes that not shown in the mvs so that is why they have dance practice videos so u can focus only on the choreography look forward to more ateez thank u for this video
Ateez are so much fun. They're cheeky but authentic. Their production value is off the charts. The MVs with the song are all are practically packaged performance art piece. I'm mostly interested in their music production, so I spend a lot of time picking apart their songs. The thing I notice in reaction videos is how often their music makes people smile.
I think you’ll really love HALAZIA. It’s another whole movie. And then there’s Guerrilla. It might be interesting for you to watch the 2 teaser trailers, then the MV. Because it’ll really tell the story for you. In any case, you’ll find lots of things to love and lots of variety in their music, especially if you dive into the bsides. An interesting bside to watch would be Dreamy Day. They sing it live on a show called Soundbomb 360. It’s a real treat.

I recommand you Bouncy, Guerilla Say my Name, you will love it. For me they're the best kpop group ever, and i'm into kpop since a very long time. Thank you for reacting to Ateez 😊
Love to find new people learning about Ateez. They are so much fun to watch and see grow. Atiny love talking about them and will happily help you break down the VERY packed videos. There's their story lore and details about the group members scattered throughout most videos. We even have Theorytiny (Theory Atiny) that go above and beyond and figure it out for us because it's a lot.😂
Okay, so I realize this is 2 weeks ago and I've got more ATEEZ reactions already open in tabs waiting for me to get to them, BUT... ATEEZ is the group that sucked me into the K-pop rabbit hole. I started watching K-dramas in March 2022 after absolutely loving one that I started without realizing it was in Korean... but it was so good, I just kind of binged through. That opened the door to OSTs, which introduced me to quite a bit by solo artists and even solo songs by group members. By November, I decided to search "K-pop music videos" in RUclips and quite randomly picked a thumbnail that looked interesting - ATEEZ's song "Answer", which immediately pulled me in. Now I'm fully immersed in their lore/storyline as well as their music, and loving every moment of it. They're certainly not the only group I listen to, but they're definitely my favorite 4th gen group and I'm thrilled to be seeing them in concert when they come to our area in a couple of months... and they're one of the reasons I'm (slowly) learning Korean. These guys are amazing artists, and simply amazing people as well. Their catalog is also quite diverse, so it's always fun to see people reacting to their music (including b-sides because they're stellar) and seeing what speaks to them. I think I mentioned in my Dimash comment that I don't have to understand the language in order to feel the music, and ATEEZ is one of the groups that has songs that just touch me emotionally (in many ways). They're one of the many reasons why basically everything I listen to is Korean or Chinese (there are exceptions, but if I'm in the car or doing chores, chances are there's Asian stuff in my ears).
❤❤❤ Ateez got 8 member The 2 rappers are Hong joong who also is thr leader And Mingi deep voice rapper Lately you can also find seonghwa rap but normally he is singing very pretty and have a deep voice but can also sing high nodes eazy
I love Ateez, Guerrilla is my favorite of theirs. Would also appreciate it if you reacted to Stray Kids. They just did a collab with Charlie Puth Lose my Breath, but their music is usually rap-heavy. Its hard to give a request but I would say : Gods Menu, s-Class, or Megaverse
If this is your first kpop experience, just a heads up, you won't get the same with other groups. 😊 Ateez is on a whole different level. There are groups who entertain you, beautiful songs, some are good dancers/singers. But Ateez is the whole package. They are Kings of Live Performances! And I had to say LIVE because they do sing live every single time along with their intense choreo. It's an experience watching them live.
Ateez killed it on Coachella. Hope they'll be invited again. You have to check out EXO tho if you're getting into K-pop. They're called Vocal kings aka emperor of K-pop. They're also a bit unique. Please react to Obsession, Cream soda and Tempo by EXO.
They killed in Coachella.
I heard about that. I will check it out.

I LOVE Not Okay.
@@SaeedReacts. Not okay is a Japanese release and copyright is different from their Korean one's and might get blocked. There are ways around it tho.
ATEEZ! 🎉 I hope you do more. 😊 Some of my favorite MVs are Halazia, Guerrilla, Bouncy, and their newest Japanese release Not Okay. ❤
Bouncy reaction recorded. Will try to edit and upload soon. Have a great day.
Their lore goes deep! Love that.
Thanks so much for sharing this. You are right, dont always have to know the language to feel the music. That is a beautiful thing.
Nice! I recommend Take me home English vers next, you will thank me later
Thanks for the recommendation! Hope to check out many more.
@@SaeedReacts.Take me home original korean ver even better! ❤
I absolutely love this song
Ateez rocks. Check out Stray Kids 'lalalala' or 'Megaverse'
Will add these to my list. Bouncy reaction just recorded.
Plz react to ateez inception and answer plz I subed it's my favorite ateez songsa
Thanks for subscribing. Will check out more!
Those are nice examples of more melodic ATEEZ songs.
@@flaggov6949 that y I become ateez fanboy
❤❤❤
Ateez got 8 member
The 2 rappers are Hong joong who also is thr leader
And Mingi deep voice rapper
Lately you can also find seonghwa rap but normally he is singing very pretty and have a deep voice but can also sing high nodes eazy
That was a good strat. Trust me, don't see them as kpop. Hear them as music! You will enjoy 😊
Thanks for the advice ❤️ Will do that.
I love Ateez, Guerrilla is my favorite of theirs.
Would also appreciate it if you reacted to Stray Kids. They just did a collab with Charlie Puth Lose my Breath, but their music is usually rap-heavy. Its hard to give a request but I would say :
Gods Menu,
s-Class, or
Megaverse
If this is your first kpop experience, just a heads up, you won't get the same with other groups. 😊 Ateez is on a whole different level. There are groups who entertain you, beautiful songs, some are good dancers/singers. But Ateez is the whole package. They are Kings of Live Performances! And I had to say LIVE because they do sing live every single time along with their intense choreo. It's an experience watching them live.
Been enjoying the journey so far. This was my first and did a few other songs of Ateez now. So good!
React to Guerilla from them personally for me it’s more crazy then this 🤣
I love more crazy 😅😂. Will check it out.
Ateez killed it on Coachella. Hope they'll be invited again.
You have to check out EXO tho if you're getting into K-pop. They're called Vocal kings aka emperor of K-pop. They're also a bit unique. Please react to Obsession, Cream soda and Tempo by EXO.
Will add EXO to my list. Thanks.
@@SaeedReacts. Omg!! Thank you... Can't wait to see your reaction to the legends. Have a great time.
