The sound works fine in your VM?

You would need to use "Enhanced Session" for that which is unavailable for Non-Windows Hosts.(I think)
Consider either using Virtualbox/Vmware or use a remote control software installed in the Linux mint vm to control the vm and get audio (maybe anydesk or rustdesk?)

Bro I get a black screen. No idea why, it's only with Mint. Ubuntu and Kubuntu installed fine.

Forget it, it just worked. I just spammed the Enter key on the black screen and it booted properly for some reason. 💀

Yeah it sometimes does that...
You can usually see a preview in the hyper v manager of the screen
