TVNZ Eyewitness News 1987

Going by the Oz election date, this was the second week of July 1987.Left in a couple of adds at the start for added flavour. Includes David McPhail, Lindsay Perigo, Mike Brockie,Island of Palau, David Lange - Simon Walker, Hare Krishna,Kevin Black , Australian election campaign.
News reader Robin Kora always looked to be uncomfortable on camera.

Noticed the toll free number in the insurance advert, this obviously pre-dates 0800 numbers. This also answers for me what ident TV2 were using in the first half of 1987, this would change to Network TWO in late July 1987. Also funny to hear David Lange say the words "Capital Gains Tax" over 30 years ago.
