"The film is well done; the plot is fairly common, popping up now and then.
What makes this film memorable is the way it captures life in rural Texas. Of course, since I have never actually /lived/ in rural Texas (or rural anywhere, for that matter) I can't really say that, but it certainly seems to.
An aging deputy, focused on enforcing the law as an absolute good, investigates a situation that just gets worse as it goes along. Worse in terms of justice, not in terms of the movie.
No real surprises, just deep satisfaction at watching a film well done!"

Yes the worst movie in a long time, the acting is in the league of total silly b-acting, the scenes and filming is done well but the plot the script etc is so lousy!!!
