Dew points of 70-74 are rated as miserable which is what we go through in the summer in south Texas. 66-69 is uncomfortable You can have 80 percent humidity whether it is 50 degrees or up to 100 degrees which won’t feel the same.

Yep... for example: 60 F with 80% humidity is a dew point around 54 F, which is fine. 90 F with 60% humidity is a dew point around 75 F, which sucks.
