"HDMI cables, he got me onto." Tim's a tech snob now.
I love that he’s a DJ and says this😂
The Logitech remote was a real game changer
I personally am a DisplayPort-head
@@tommylehomme8695 1.1 or 1.2?
@@tommylehomme8695talk to me about that 3.5mm headphone port. I wanna jack into the world of great audio
Even as a Gregg-head, I appreciate Tim extending a second warning. He doesn't normally do that.
Yeah we all know Tim isn’t the second-warning kinda guy but sometimes that softer side shows itself, Gregg should consider himself lucky.
🤣
I am also a gregghead but I agree 100%
It's the only time that I can remember....
I love that all of Mark’s impressions slowly morph into WC Fields.
Whar r u sayinf Mark IS WC fiends
Your welfaaareeee
What happened to him at the 5th Oscer special was a great traaaaaagedy
He gets more and more hilarious with each subsequent watch-through of On Cinema. Logically, we all know On Cinema's cast members are in on the bit, with some exceptions....and obviously that includes Mark...but it took me a few go arounds to grasp actually how insanely perfect Mark manages to be throughout. I think its becauze he plays some iteration of this same weirdo in every role (that ive seen, at least) so its easy to overlook how consistently perfect he is throughout.
Just the complete earnestness, the chime-ins, the ability to consistently be a benign incompetent the likes of which our world had never even conceieved could exist...its easy to overlook at first (or was for me at least), but the virtuosity in his ability to accent an exchange perfectly with the most useless series of words ever uttered by any human is truly a wonder. The timing with WC in this markchive was beautiful as he proves all roads lead to Fields in this man's life. Maybe on oberly meandering way to articulate how great someone is but I am just so appreciative of someone whos schtick stays this hilarious.
"There he goes slipping into Fields again"
Saw Chappaquiddick in the ep title & knew Tim would nail the pronunciation
"Chip...Patrick aquatic..."
Banalarama rewatching just for that
Was my main reason to hit play
I told my doctor I was 100% germ free and he was just shocked. Best product I've ever tried.
Tim truly is ahead of the curve. I looked into the HDMI cables he mentioned. Amazing technology. I had no idea my television had not one but three HDMI inputs. No more of those red-white-yellow cables for me. Thanks Tim!
sick of coming to On Cinema and being made to feel like some sort of fool for not being a Zuckerberg of the new “ABCDEFG” gizmos and gadgets. I come here for no-nonsense movie reviews. Not to feel left out.
As someone whom grew up with AV jacks, HDMI is a godsend.
Greg never turns his head. Always uses his eyes. Love it
Gregg probably has spinal issues due to arthritis or something else. I feel for him but I'm also glad it doesn't affect his expertise
To be fair, you have to be ahead of the curve to use your eyes.
I think he has something wrong with his neck. If not and he’s consciously moving his head like that, he’s better than DeNiro
@@slipperysloper3721 Nah it's real, he does it in interviews and stuff also
It literalizes Gregg’s inability to be distracted from the Silver Screen.
Boy am I glad I stockpiled cases of the Rio-Jenesis germ supplement stack when they first came out. Not only am I 100% germ free, but I'm the ONLY one allowed to go outside during the quarantine.
Thanks Tim!
Same here! I got them all from dr sands estate sale
Just be sure not to wash your hands, it's not good to be over-clean
@@isaacberger6721 Dries out the skin.
@@ShuffleboardJerk How can you sit here and make jokes during a pandemic when we still have NO JUSTICE for the Electric Sun 20 and the Delgado family ? Shame on you !
@@bobbcobb8925 I spit on the delgados, they’ve gotten enough cash and enough fame. And it’s the electric sun 19, one of the “20” was a heroin addict that should have never been up there.
It's amazing how Tim still treats Gregg with such respect, true professionals. So humble
One of my favourite episodes yet. The constant shilling, random bestbuy employee as a "tech VR expert" and the constant rambling about some technicality in Tim Burton's reply was amazing.
I wish Tim had told us more about that universal remote from Logitech. It sounds really neat.
Not really interested in either of those films but I want to be germ free.
PositiveLastAction hell yeah.
how long have u been taking rio jenous?
The Germ Shield-X is a great product. I’ve been depressed for about 5 years now, and there was about a 2 week period during that depression that I felt non-stop euphoria and happiness, and it is because I was germ free
Especially right now with the cronovirus plague epedemic. Stock up on rioJensis now
Obviously not a movie buff
I tried Tim's shake recipe and (no disrespect to Tim) I think it doesn't quite have enough peanut butter kick for MY tastes. I went with two cups of peanut butter. Hope this helps!
yep 2 cups for us peanutheads
Just add a dash of Pitzman's. It gives any food you're preparing that extra kick
Juho Really brings out the flavor
Try adding a dash of pitzmans mustard.
I recommend adding a handful of RIDGED Chips.
"you shouldnt need something like that to watch this show"
"you shoudnt, but you will."
Everytime Gregg Turkington is introduced, i cant help cracking tf up. Every single time, man
"my first guest is a guy who's been on the show before. it's, uh...Gregg Turkington".
"Hey, guys!"
Hey guys!
HDMI cables are indeed fascinating, wish Tim had more time to discuss them
Virtually Real Technology
Redmund yeesss
He-larry-us!
practically died laughing at the open letter
Burton has a storm coming
LMMAAAOO! Great profile pic
He didn't think those chickens would come home to roost?!?!?!
As a Gregghead naturally I support his hats.
James Whiteford Gregg only wears tasteful Popcorn Classics tho.
Almost like if popcorn classics had a sequel.
If he wants to wear hats then wear them on his own time, stop ruining the show.
They're unofficial popcorn classics
Tim Burton tried to play the On Cinema Family for fools. Vacations over Burton time to get back to work.
I'm really glad Tim keeps an eye in the sky so to speak when it comes to being on the cutting edge of technology. It's nice to know I can turn to a resource such as On Cinema to keep up to date with all this fancy Facebook stuff. Now I have a couple Monster brand HDMI cables from Best Buy to hook up my DVD/VHS player combo to my 2002 32" Panasonic and I only had to spend $300. Thanks Tim!
It's a total ruse. "Max" from Best Buy is playing us and Tim has fallen for it hook line and sinker. Best Buy have a history of discontinuing cutting edge technologies like VHS and the floppy disc. These things would still be in our homes making our lives better if not for fools like Max "Yucomcoe" here.
It's true... he needs to get high in the sky to get eyes in the sky, he's got to get a birds' eye view.
oommggg ☠
Props to max for keeping a straight face while filming this I would have been dying
I almost believe he wasn't acting, the constant terror in his eyes was too real
@@Psychedelicpourhouselol I never even thought of that 😂
Tim's angry "EXCUSE ME" gets me every time
it's very Trumpesque
I really want somebody to do a supercut of Tim cutting off Gregg
3:19
Its like I have two fathers and they hate each other. So sad
"coming to us from Best buy" lol I died
He got him on to the universal remote, from Logitech.
Tim has come off of his many recent hardships with a surprising amount of confidence.
People generally demonstrate more meekness and deferrence after they cause tragedies. They might act subordinate to those around them who aren't responsible for as much sadness. But Tim seems to be taking it all in stride. It's almost like he doesn't remember. Keep up the progress!
now thats positive thinking for a healthy betterment!
Wow, Gregg's hats are amazing! Stellar work, Gregg. Maybe the VFA should release movie themed hats and sell them on ebay!
FlyingOverTr0ut shill alert.
They should sell them on ebay and flea markets so I can some up with my next popcorn classic
I wonder if I can place bids on those hats.
@@TiagoAngelellibest part is you don’t have to pay til they accept your bid!
You Were Never Really Here is "almost like an old Sherlock Gnomes movie"... I have to see it now
Mr. Tulip Guh-nomes
it's worth it. 4 bags 1 soda.
"HDMI cables, he got me on to." Sides hurting.
Great stuff from Tim as always; the fact that he got a mega brand like Rio Jenesis on board to create funding for the show is mind blowing. Also, Max seems like a great asset to the show - very knowledgeable about VR, which is something I've been meaning to get into. Unfortunately, Gregg had to disrupt the flow of the show with his very irrelevant and overly long letter. His observations, however, were actually decent today. The 'The Deep'-connection is something I never would've caught.
Stacking germ shield with germ assassin rn and really enjoying being germ free. The combo is 100% effective as I haven’t been sick since starting with Rio-J’s tech. #germfreeme
Tim Heildecker
Lol, thought I was the only one who noticed, surprised nobody else commented on the Hitlerstache.
Hey-ooooooh
Thank you Gregg for alerting Tim to the good germs for your immune system. Too bad Tim's immune system seems immune to logic, reasoning and science.
This sounds like the overwhelming abundance of germs in your system talking.
The humor is that he says germs instead of bacteria.
bacteria is germs.
Guy on the right was holding back from laughing like a champ lol
"Let's respect our guest here" - Tim Heidecker, 2018
Seeing clips of Mark Proche made me cry 😢
Tim's "EXCUSE MEs are incredible
As a doncter, I took the liberty of assessing what exactly makes a Tranghead and a Gorghead, check itout:
Phase 1: 10-20 episodes in; You are curious because you know Tim Heidecker is funny, but you’ve never seen him outside of Tim & Eric before. You also have no idea who this unsightly Gregg character is. You start to pick and choose throughout the seasons of episodes where they review some of your favorite films that you know. You skip the ones you don’t know because why would anyone want to watch a review of something they don’t care about.
Phase 2: 20-40 episodes in; You’ve settled into the format and start to become comfortable with Gregg. The episodes so far have been funny, but not laugh out loud shit your pants funny. You continue watching because now you’ve realized it’s a quick and enjoyable way to kill 5-10 minutes. Plus you love movies.
Phase 3: 40-60 episodes in; Alright, now the show is starting to get funnier and funnier by the minute. You have seen enough now to start to pick up on all the subtle recurring jokes that weren’t funny back in Phase One. You aren’t a total Gregghead or Timhead yet, but you’re getting there. You’ve started to realize that every single idea Tim has is destined to get someone hurt or killed. You might be ready to watch the full highlights of “The Trial”, but if not definitely will be in the next phase.
Phase 4: 60-80 episodes in; You suddenly burst in a fit of giggles at the slightest things these people say. From “Hey Guys” to Tim’s name mispronunciations, this show is becoming the best thing to ever happen to you. You are now mentally dedicated to finishing the entire 110 episode series and then some. You might have even gone back and rewatched a few just to fill yourself in on the storyline. Chances are, you’ve randomly selected an episode where Tim is maimed or beaten beyond words and you want to go back and see the slow progression of what got him there. Also, by this phase, you HATE Dr. San.
Phase 5: 80-100 episodes in; You have subconsciously begun rating almost everything you see in life on the “5 Bags of Popcorn” scale, even things that don’t have to do with cinema. For myself in this phase, I began rating cars and houses I’d see as “5 Bags of Popcorn” if I really liked them. It just happened automatically. You may be reading this in Phase One and think “that will never happen to me”, but don’t kid yourself, accept it. Depression of the realization that you will soon be out of fresh, never before seen episodes starts to haunt you. You try to stop as to leave some for the future, but you eagerly devour them daily until the final phase sets in.
Final Phase: All 110 episodes viewed; Prayers for a full 12th season begin to run through your mind. Memories of all the times Tim yelled or Gregg did a popcorn classic spring into your mind throughout the day to give you a hearty chuckle. The 1,000+ inside jokes are now easy to spot. You are a total Gregghead or Timhead and you feel absolutely included in the On Cinema At The Cinema family. You can’t think of the films Star Trek IV or Oh God! without splitting a side. You develop your own personal “favorite running gag” to comment on or discuss with others in the “family”. Mine being how every episode spans from 5-15 minutes long yet they are ALWAYS concerned about “if they have enough time left” for Gregg’s segments when there is clearly no time limit at all. Welcome to the family!
FORYOURHEALGTH!
You fillabustering my show?
You filibustering my comment section?
Gregg was way out of line droning on about his personal life bull****. Tim is trying to keep a lean show and Gregg padding it with his make-believe correspondences is not helping.
Best episode yet. Amazing!
The Nark Procketch photo you picked while he is still recovering in his coma was just a really touching reminder of how much he means to this excellent web series.
I hope Tim Burton gives a fucking straight answer about the travesty of not directing Sherlock Spoons. Cos whenever I see him work with Mr Depp, it is like the best breakfast cereal ever.
actually, I kinda like the new segment "On Cinema Markives" The vertical filming was very futuristic
Mark as the Ghost of Christmas Past triumphantly slipping into WC Fields for ‘YOUR WELFARRRRE’ is maybe my favorite on cinema moment of all time
You have got to shell out for gold-plated HDMI cables Tim, HUGE difference. My guy at Best Buy hooked me up!
Yeah it blocks out the interference, because it's gold colored.
You got ripped off, I bet that "gold plated" HDMI cable is no wheres near the sophistication of a saphhire studded VC cable. I have one hooked up to my Sony VCR 5000 (or was it 10000?), my collection of straight-to-video scooby doo features has never looked so good. Bet you can't find that at Best Buy.
Absolutely love Gregg Turkington and his constant eye rolling at Tim
Love you too Tim
❤❤
Lol "better than mcdonalds" lifted straight from alex jones
I love the extra bit of general knowledge insight Tim always brings to these reviews. On the other hand I truly believe we need to stick to movies and as we grow as film buffs ourselves.
Truly two great hosts!

Over your lifetime? Gregg watched 101 movies in 101 days, smh.

Will Rio-Jenesis work on my children who have been over vaccinated, by my wife's quack pediatrician?
Yes, if you double your dose then Rio-Jenesis will also counter risks of vaccine related autism.
Actually Garrett is wrong' if u double up on the peanut butter (2 cups) this will reset autism levels to pretty much zero, doubling the dose of Rio-Genesis may cause your babies head to explode.

"You Were Never Really Here"...sounds like the Gregg Turkington story (Gregg's face)
Mmm. Heavy stuff.
Gregg is so jelly about the Logitech universal remote!

Tim: "No I do that part... take a look, I think you'll like it."
Now that is some great comedy
"You Were Never Really Here, sounds like the Gregg Turkington story."
Looking good with the hat Greg, keep it up.
I used to think it was Tim that derailed every episode but I'm beginning to think Gregg is just as responsible with this filibustering and constant complaining. It takes 2 to have an on-screen tiff.
Tim is a dangerous man, I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him in a month of Sundays! #GreggheadsUnite
You're out of line!
EXCUSE ME
Tim is even more funny when joking about a young woman's death due to a drunk Democrat.
Amazing.
I'm so sick of you gregg heads. Tim's a visionary with an eye towards the future. All Greg is is some glorified trivia buff.
Greggs hats are really making this un watchable for me
Femininestep any real cinema fan would appreciate his acknowledgment of such a classic. He needs to get behind be tho
Yeah, how am I supposed to focus on the movies they're reviewing when there's a whole nother movie on Gregg's hat??
I don’t mind the the hats or the movies he’s (probably being paid to) promote. But the blatant show of disrespect is quite distracting.
same here not to mention down right disrespectful
Jeremy Callahan It’s so confusing!
"It's sort of like an old Sherlock Gnomes movie" --I'm fucking dead lmfao
Tim is slowly but surely turning into a Dr. Phil clone

@dbright 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣💗💗 *knuckrash* I LOVE IT!!!
tim struggling to pronounce Chappaquiddick is the best thing ever
“I felt like I was in the theater” -Gregg Turkington
7:53 is the best payoff in the entire show so far. Hearing Tim say "Pachaquaddick" after an entire episode length of building up the tension in the room to the point you could cut it with a knife almost ruined my computer with spat out beer. I couldn't believe it.
If Gregg can’t wear those hats (literal pieces of Hollywood film HISTORY) I stop rewatching the episodes that are available for free on youtoob. This is a threat.
Max Eucompco is the new eye candy... move over Gregg!!
SmallvillenerdTwo was Gregg the old eye candy
Tim’s reading level keeps improving. Very happy for him.
the Delgado foundation presents: "Deker VS Dracula"
It’s really hard to get through this on my 5th watching having to tolerate Gregg’s insolence.
Tim’s ingesting 2-3 cups of peanut butter a DAY?! He must be a tower of germ-free strength!!!
You're speaking without knowledge.
I noticed by Season X Tim has really mastered the " 'SCUSE ME! " method of dominating conversation, I should try that technique in my daily life when someone is arguing with me
Ive always been sort of a casual fan, but Greg's hats are really pulling me in this season.
Same here, it’s a really great reminder to me that Forgetting Sarah Marshall is one of the movies of all time.
I am extremely enthusiastic about film.
Gregg is right, that 3D technology Tim is displaying WAS invented in the ‘50’s. Nothing new here!
"You probably found at his estate sale" Oh dear God, that had me going for a while.
"I've got a couple of guests today I want to Troduce..."
His Derm Shield shake recipe is actually legit.
Gregg has some of the best comebacks I’ve ever heard.
7:55 Tim saying "Chappaquiddick"
I'm watching in order, and, i'm wondering if the reading difficulties are an early symptom of whatever medical catastrophe the Rio Jenesis is inevitably causing.
This video is 100% germ free, amazing, ground breaking
Holy shit bruh.... this is Perfection. Everything Tim says just makes me laugh ironically and hysterically inside, but my face remains stoic. This is GOLD. He said "I don't do Second Warnings."

Tim looks like the My Pillow guy. Awesome
you were never really here is seriously fantastic
So Tim eats 3 cups of peanut butter a day. Man. He must be... GERM FREE!

Any "excuse me!" from Tim towards Gregg is just wonderful. 3:18.
Thanks for the first 60 seconds that help me fall asleep
We love your hats Gregg!
God damnit Greg is so good at this role I always want to argue with him and tell him how stupid he is when that just makes me look stupid
