My dad is 97, he started really going downhill about four months ago. He moved to a senior living care facility and his diet changed quite a bit; he lost the 20 pounds of belly weight, now he's a very trim guy. He rejuvenated about 2 to 3 years literally. He no longer walks with any type of of help although he does use a walker but it's more of a guide. He was practically in a wheelchair four months ago. Unbelievable night and day change just by losing 20 pounds. I've heard that our belly fat has a lot of stem cells in; it it makes me wonder if that was one of the factors. Also his mental state is improved, he's literally playing board games, he couldn't do that for months ago. From his 40s all the way through to his late 80s he really avoided sugar/sweets; he had the will of iron only had a small amount of sweets on special occasions. That went out the window in his late 80s but I feel that it affected his lifespan, he had seven brothers and one sister and outlived everybody by quite a bit. He almost never drank alcohol, never smoked, and was generally an easy-going guy that didn't let things stress him out. He never had a major medical problem except when he was 83 he had prostate cancer, he beat cancer, still gets tested every few years and is clear of it. Of all the old people that I've had conversations with that were quite healthy and it seems the avoidance of sugary foods, fast foods, no smoking and no alcohol is a theme to making it to your late 90s.

Very nice. My Dad is 92 this January, still in very good health, got off his diabetes medication last year after I made a concoction of plant seeds and leaves for him and he really liked it. His sister, my aunt, is probably 97 and still going strong too. The theme in their lives is less meat, no processed foods, more vegetables and fruits, some milk and little sugar. They prefer honey over sugar. Mentally, they are really healthy, have very good memory and don't let life stress them. In fact, they cut off very toxic people from their lives. But, they are socially connected. Dad drink in moderation. They walk everyday. And do household chores like removing weeds with a spade, rake up the rubbish and clear it. He likes to read. Amazing.

If nanomachines advance, it is possible to backup all genes at 20 years old, in a nanocore computer installed in body and then have nanomachines automatically restore all genes to 20 years old state from time to time, thus keeping you 20 years old, potentially forever.

I have always exercised, don't smoke and only drink water, tea, and sometimes coffee. i also have always slept well and enjoyed nature and other creatures. I'm 64 and am getting better at my handstands, splits and general strength every day.

Or is it? Personally I would give it them and businessmen first because initial therapies wouldn't be as good and so they are the perfect guinea pigs who also have something to loose. Second they don't live to see the consequence of thier actions, until they get this treatment which they don't want to witness but neither can they refuse to use such technology. So it's a perfect opportunity I think to play a game of "whose got your nose". Unless they ban the tech and still do it in their garages...but they wouldn't because then they'd get caught when living too long. And living is the only way they make money and get richer so they want to do that, so they can't ban it or make it unaccesible. They can't spin conservative rhetoric either because that will result with their pants down as I've mentioned earlier. They can't go off world either because such tech is needed, will spill over to here and is needed just to have baseline lives in space which doesn't serve their greed of obtaining riches forever

With "calorie restriction" I'm always wondering if this is true for everybody or just for people who already take more calories than their body burns.
    - my body weight (m, 1.72m) is between 54 and 59 kg for 20 years (age: 12-32)
Is it still beneficial if I try to do intermediate fasting?
My fear is that I would gain weight when trying to "stress" my body with calorie restriction (as the body only seems to get as much calories as it burns).
    some details:
    - diet: I'm vegetarian for 12 years and mostly vegan for 2 years now.
    - exercise: I don't do much sports but try to be active at least 1-2 days a week, e.g. manual work in my garden.

Fasting isn't about what many weight watchers make it out to be, that's their interest so that's all they focus on.
A proper fast, at any weight or condition, gives the body time to detox, re-balance hormones & renew itself to function as it should. You need not worry about gaining nor losing concerning fasting, that concern is in how you feed yourself when you break the fast & how & what you eat when not fasting.

what if we would make a good version of cancer(a cancerform which instead of destroying the body, modifies/adapts it slightly or greatly at first during the transition where your dna and body are mutating as the cancer spreads, but instead of detroying the body it actually would mutate it in such a way that it makes the body stronger(which also would increase the spread speed when done right) and keeps the body much better intact.)
quite much like the old methods of using a herv to edit genes, which also is a very good candidate for improving people and probably doing the same in a way more safe and controlled way.

IMPORTANT QUESTION : Who activate the Stem cells ?
    ANSWER : you.
The brain of each cell is not found in its nucleus but on membrane, because the membrane receives the signals of the environment and activates the corresponding proteins.
If you know how to create homeostasis in your body, then the stimuli of the environment do not affect you.
I have worked, studied, and practiced the method of commands and affirmations to me (Θ cerebral wave state) and what I want to convey to you is that : you have the same power to apply it your self.
Your cells listen to you and wait for commands from you to do it, so be very careful with what you say and think because you automatically create the appropriate chemistry in your body through hormones for your harmony or your dysfunction.
COMMAND: cells receive information and feedback from my stem cells for balance, harmony and expansion. ( say it out loud ).
learn to create harmonic wave pulse emissions at all stages of Β Α Θ Δ Γ pulsed brain emission in HZ. and you will be in bliss thus managing to be an inexhaustible source of energy .
I wish you balance and harmony to your existence.
    Thank you

I used to tell myself not to fall sick everytime I felt something is coming on, like flu or a cold. And it worked, or so I believed. However sometimes I went to the chemist and I had this wonderfully brilliant young chemist who also told me just to keep on telling myself not to get I'll. He also believed this! which some ones take care to not learn never about all this and have you to work many hours in anxious , stress ,and fear ,,, great impact to your immune system , and if you need some care they drive you to their
      big pharma shops.
The quantum physics and biology are important and necessary sectors to understand all this, and help you to discover new paths in your brain because you create neurogenesis through hippocampus ( gland in the brain ).
As you rightly mention, we are powerful Beings with high intelligence and manifestation of the creative source with sacred energy of love in the universe.
Tonality, sound is a very important factor of creation for harmonies and balance.
The whole thing through the complexity it has is very simple,,,, what you say, think, emit, this is exactly what you will receive ,,,,,, you create everything through physics and chemistry, for the harmony and balance within you and everything around you.
We are bioelectrical organisms and it is very important to understand that, the harmonic wave emissions of the brain is very strong potential energy waves.
So automatically if you understand this, changes your whole way of thinking and broadcasting it .
I will tell you another command about the cells that you say in your daily life : ''my cells keep that beneficial from what I ate and drank , and eliminate all the unnecessary '',
You are a wonderful hero, who perceives, creates, and applies with your personal power the understanding and manifestation of all this,

@@BK-dy8jk my friend BK , There are no limits in the universe, the only limitation that exists is your idea that limits you. Υou are right about your example of a 90 year old man, so the sooner you understand all of this, then is better to manifest it, because it takes some practice for some time.
Be careful what you say and what you declare because your biological cellular structure listens and through physics creates the appropriate chemistry in your body.
The steps are simple but difficult . . . .
We love ourselves and all others,,
We forgive ourselves and everyone else,,,
      we create protection for ourselves.
And after these 3 steps we give the commands and confirmations
i never use I want or will this happen. We use Ι am or it is..
These are baby steps but they are basic steps to go further and understand how you create bliss in your existence.
it's good to study a little quantum physics and biology too because you're constantly discovering new things about all of this,
We coexist in a multidimensional quantum universe and what you manifest is expressed in great breadth in the realm of your experiences of your conscious existence.

This would especially benefit places like Japan with low population and birth rates.
It actually makes logical sense to make it more main stream as a result, and people can benefit more with the elderly and their knowledge of dying crafts as well.

The problem with your films is that you mention really interesting biochemic findings, but then you don't go further to details and conclusions, but keep on repeating what we all know about diet, excercise, and stress management. Yet, you omit HOW EXACTLY those lifestyle modifications may affect aging at molecular level. You don't mention that subtotal diet demethionylation is much more important than just "calorie restriction" and why. You don't mention about transdifferetniation, biological immortality of some existing organisms, or very interesting correlations between how cells can be rejuvenated and how they actually get rejuvenated during reproduction (i.e. why the offspring survives the parents). I think you should compile it all in one film, avoiding "sacrificing the complexity and details to achieve wider understandability".

The problem with the eat less or only certain things and exercise 1 hour each day or something like that is only good if the time invested and reduced pleasure from not eating what you want ends up being worth it, suppose i exercise 1 hr each day for 60 years i would "loose" around 2.5 years to only exercise so it would have to extend my life at least by that amount and them some to be minimally worth it because if it only extended my life 2.5 years then you may have lived for longer but you haven't lived more... also there is always a chance you could get hit by a car when you are out running at 60 and all that time investment goes to waste because you effectively lived only 57.5 years lol.
I know there are many problems with this reasoning but my point is what is important is the quality of life, hell if you want to definitely instantly add 1 hour more to your life each day just sleep 1 hour less... of course if you are going to be sleepy all day they your quality of life will suffer so there's that, or maybe you enjoy your day better sleeping in one extra hour and feeling extremely well rested...idk honestly if it isn't immortality who cares about a decade or two years more if i am going to be constrained by diets and exercise routines, i rather just do what makes me happy at the moment... within reason of course.

@@thanosspeedy2321 no problem 😊 this type of medicine is suppressed technology. So you have get involved in the biohacking movement and learn from other biohacker protocols.
There's a wealth of medicine that if known, would significantly impact big pharma's profits.
      Like Bpc157 and tb500
These to compounds alone will super charge your immune system and regenitive ability.
Some people call it the wolverine drug because of its ridiculous regenerative effects.
I've actually been studying a way to prolong and potentially reverse the aging process, utilizing a list of suppressed an revolutionary medical technologies and the chary on top is my Artificial womb design.
You'd be amazed at what I have planned, though I do have to find a source of funding to prototype my wolverine chamber/Artificial womb

i don't like Artificial medicines and i don't use it because we have all the organic biological intelligent in our systems . The point is to discover this and come in interaction with all this chemicals because you control and drive it through physics .

@@DestinAbelDelgadoDAD aaa now I read about the epitalon , and I have to tell you that I am aware of Telomerase augmentation with artificial chemicas , but I did not know about the epitalon .
I will repeat to you that we have the natural organic Telomerase inside our cells and we activate it bioelectrically, this to achieve takes a lot of work and practice.
be careful because the increase in Telomerase does not go only to healthy cells,,,,,,,, here in Greece we have an ancient saying 'PAN METRON ARISTON' the balance is the excellent way.
I wish you all the best on your path.

you are wrong on the ketogenic diet. keto diet is a high fat(saturated)and then for protein is meat and maybe eggs and sseafood and dairy if tolerated. i have done a plant based keto and wrecked my health and yes i didd it right. now im mutch better with animals foods and prefer eating carnivore high fat as well. well you can try out yoruself but when your nails start to break or muscle weakness show up just switch to meat and no vegetable or fruit untill you recover. peace.

dude, as a scientist, you should research diets before you suggest them to people who want to live longer. A low carb or ketogenic diet is the most unhealthy diet on the planet, just ask the children who have died from an enlarged heart because there parents wanted to lose weight. Not to mention high saturated fats from animals and cheese is whats causing humans #1 cause of death heart disease. So eating a ketogenic diet is a way to drastically REDUCE your life span. However, the opposite diet, a whole food high carb vegan diet has actually been scientifically proven to increase the average life span by 10 years, and prevents 95% of diseases people commonly have like heart disease, strokes, Alzheimer's, diabetes, and obesity. Do more research on this subject.

it was proven nearly decades ago by numerous medical studies that cholesterol is NOT causing heart attacks. Virtually every part of cholesterol has been proven to be health except a small particle.
They claimed that too much omega 6 is bad. That has been disproved by recent studies. That is likely what prevents type 2 diabetes because it likely regenerates the cell membranes.
Pointing to specific cases doesn't prove that ketogenic is bad. It just means that it can be contra-indicative for certain people.
Ultimately any diet a person partakes in needs to be monitored by the person themselves and take into account their situation.
Nattokinase/Serrapeptase (mild), Lumbrokinase (severe) and VitaminC/Lysine/Proline (vary, prevent) will clean a persons arteries of plaque to different degrees but many people won't talk about these.

@@prioris55555 Yeah there have been lots of studies, but when you see that they were paid for by the meat and dairy industry you start to wonder the validity of there science. But then there are peer reviewed studies that follow the scientific method showing they can reverse heart disease by removing animal products from our diet and the same with diabetes. At this point im going to exit this conversation and say, do your own research on "the effects of veganism to someone with heart disease or diabetes". 😄Hope that helps.

Probably the best thing you can do to help yourself is lose some weight. But people don't want to hear that because they don't know how to do it and keep the weight off. Losing weight isn't all that difficult for many, it's keeping it off permanently that is hard. Work on that before you try these other things.
