There's no reasoning that "the dance is easy" for haters now. Our Wheein was jumping and dancing all over while hitting a high note, what're you gonna say now?
but if you look closely on mamamoo or their solo choreo. it hard yes. but not hard hard. cuz i remember correctly in one lia kim interview or mamamoo mmmtv. lia kim said, she created choreo for mamamoo considering their vocal. ahhhh. i remember. its during their HIP era. lia kim make choreo, during 1st evaluation. their CEO commented its too weak. they want more powerful. so she had to created intense choreo with mamamoo live performance/singing live in mind. and that where the girls wear the head mic for the 1st time.

The way their vocals are still so stable despite their “easy” dances doesn’t discount from the fact that they’re still amazing with the holistic aspect of performances. Some can’t even sing the way they do when standing or sitting. So, what they do isn’t easy at all.

And I agree, I wouldn't expect a singer to have perfectly stable vocals while doing choreo with a lot of more jumping around or quick movements either. Doesn't mean that it's not possible for some (maybe) but I think expecting that in all cases is a bit unreasonable. But a lot of singers I follow might not be able to have as strong vocals while doing this choreo so I love it when I hear it!

What is the excuse of some who still do not sing? The trained kpop groups train at least to be able to do both like it twice and itzy do. It doesn't have to be perfect, but it only does what is possible. If they say they can do “everything”, they've been trained for years, they have to know how to do the minimum.
Wheein has a singing technique almost the same as how Most Filipinos sing, she song from her nose and also back throat. That's why she can easily transition to chest and falsetto, and also the reason why she's tood a voice mimicking
What I absolutely love about this video is that: 1) She is singing LIVE. Not that fake vocal track most idols have to make it seem like they're singing over the backing track. 2) The stability!!!! 3) When she belts, she loses that nasal quality she has in her mid-belts. It makes her voice more piercing and more girly. I love it! 4) Can we also talk about how easily she switches from her fuller voice to her breathy voice?? INHUMAN!
Well in the REDD interview - she was practicing whilst running on the spot and singing flawlessly so I'm not surprised. She got this through hard work and practice!

THIS is what every performer should strive to be. Everyone sleeps on Wheein but she is Insanely talented in her singing and dancing. Makes me think right now how every girl in WJSN sang Unnatural so off key while Wheein here is hitting every note singing the Whole song not just a few lines while dancing Hard. Not to put another group down, I love WJSN and Unnatural, but I was disappointed by their live performance vocals big time and Wheein proves it can be done

her technique is out of this world how did she manage to change from chest voice to falsetto that easily ACE OF OF KPOP INDEED
