I honestly couldn’t care if nadeshot looked better. if a manager or agent takes more than 20% on ad deals and sponsorships you can inmediately write them off. The only reason that isn’t illegal is because california law hasn’t kept up with the new influencer market. no matter how you look at it nadeshot stole 60% of their earnings on those two deals and another 15% from the other one. Maybe froste isnt the most well spoken or his critical thinking hasnt caught up to the rage he’s felt after being robbed but that 85% quote from nadeshot is all you need to hear to know that he’s wrong. Like I’m sorry and I know i’m malding but the fact that people are saying “oh actually they got to keep 65% sometimes” as evidence that froste is in the wrong is making me joker brained. Maybe its just because I work as a creator in a different industry but people like nadeshot literally ruin lives and we as a community should be able to look past things like who came out “looking better”.

In every other entertainment industry the rate for something like this would be between 10 to 20 % at the absolute maximum. 20% is what a management company would take when a creator is new in the industry and doesn’t have leverage to negotiate a contract. I was excited when I found the mob because I like the idea of watching a couple of normal dudes become successes and I thought they had good on screen personalities. They very rarely streamed. A year in the only person that had more than like 4 videos on his RUclips was classify. Their stream quality was very poor when they did stream. They had a podcast that I think they very rarely did and didn't prepare for at all.

$2500 a month salary would have been a blessing to me at that time. If someone gave me the opportunity 100T gave them I would've been busting my ass every single day grinding it out until I had something that was self sufficient. Instead, I donated plasma twice a week to eat canned tuna and pay my gym membership. I got myself back in shape, survived, and re-enlisted to get out of that situation.
My point is that these guys didn't want it bad enough. They didn't get exploited, they got a reality check about how hard it is just to survive. They didn't have it in them, and now instead of taking accountability for their behavior and performance they want to cry wolf.

They are paying them a salary so they are fronting them a ton of "sponsorship money" They got the first 60k a year of sponsorship money before 100 thieves made anything. 100 thieves isn't making money off them any other way. Yeah definitely depends on how long the contract is. But the point of signing with an org as a tiny streamer is you gain a lot of stability to work on your craft, but you give up some of the upside if you blow up really quickly. Is 85% of sponsorships a lot, yes. But they only took 35% of 2 out of the three sponsorships. And 100 Thieves were taking a risk with them. 4 people, 3 sponsorships, in 2 years. Tell me that risk paid off. Especially when Froste streamed 10 hours a week, 40 a month. xqc does 40 hours in 3 days. I'd be embarrased if I were Froste right now. He got every content creators dream offer, fucked it up, and wanted more.

AND access to the 100 Thieves production crew and podcast sets. The pay would've been a secondary benefit, because just being apart of the org brings so much engagement and for a content creator, that is immense help to blowing up in the content game. Hell, if I joined and the contract said, "you get to pick the house, you get paid, and you get to make content all day every day" I would've chosen an $800 a month apartment and been frugal asf in order to make the most out of that deal, but I guess some people just want to live in luxury no matter how short the time is that they spend in it

If you are a content creator big enough for an org to notice you and sign you, you should already be making a decent living. The purpose of the org is not to be your main source of income, it's to give you a larger platform in order to make opportunities for larger deals. I personally think this was an issue of Nadeshot trying to impose the "older" ways onto younger kids, but they had so much to work with and did not put in the work IMO. 85% of ad revenue is an egregious amount but as they were smaller creators there was no way 100T could make ROI on them. They spent $240,000/yr on them and if the mob became more successful they could have renegotiated.
