Try airbnb for rentals. We took a 3 day birthday trip for my son's birthday last month to St. Augustine Beach, Fl. We rented a 110 year old cottage that had been completely remodeled and it was great. He uses airbnb for his trips from Florida to Maine and other places often. It's so much better than a hotel. I found out a friend had also gone there a couple weeks after us, (her birthday) to the St Augustine beach using airbnb too. Lol.

I'm good and my family is good. My great granddaughter and I went to her girlfriends for Thanks giving dinner. Her mom's girlfriend cooked us an excellent tridtional turkey dinner. The girls came home with me and all three of us brought a plate home, so no cooking tonight. Today is our do nothing day. I'm watching craft channels and they are doing ???? Using my laptop and that's totally alright. Kaci, my great granddaughter is hooking my tablet up th the internet today so that I can watch on it and not my phone as my left ring finger is triggering now and holding my phone for long periods of timrhas become very painful and I live Bing watching utube crafters !! I love your paper bag journal. Have seen some others of these and the only thing holding me back is getting a pkg of paper bags. Pockets are wonderful. You can stuff them with a world of different things from tags to small booklets for journaling. Bigger journaling cards can go into the big pockets formed by the paper bags. I'm with you in your love of the ocean. I was born on Lopez Island in Pudget Sound. The salt water is a big part of my blood and my early years were spent on the beaches of the island while MT dad fished the waters of the sound during the salmon runs. I still hate shoes and only wear them when I absolutely have to lol Since I watched you I've gotten a journal going using paper bags. Mine has two signatures. I've used all kinds of bags from Mc.Donalds , pharmacy, Starbucks and the small.bags that restraints are putting thier silverware tabpecsettigs in. I have it together with rubber bands for now. I havent decorated them. I like the way you did your spine on this one. Looks easy.

Hi, I’ve been using recycled cardboard like you. I had trouble with the cover, spine when I left them together. In this video, it looks like you left the wafer creases in tack. Are they together or cut apart? You are wonderful and motivating to watch. Thanks for all your work! ellen 🍉

The ruler came from a company called creative expressions. I am not sure they are in business any longer. I have had this one for 25 years or more.

Great job! Why use PVA glue instead of Art Glitter glue to attach pages?
Art glitter glue has a lot of water in it so it would warp the pages. PVA glue doesn’t. It is especially made for book covering.

Why did you put the bags in individually instead of sewing them together into 1 or 2 signatures?
I like the look of this and it gives you extra room to embellish. I have sewn them in when I have a smaller spine. Thanks so much.
