Pure... just pure disappointment. So much money was flowing 10, yes 10 YEARS through each region into NCSoft just to deliver a sequel .. or "prequel" on a mobile. So the UE4 Rumors for A2 ... was just basically that. Even the graphics do not respect the standards of 2018 games. Just very poor execution. With a real AION 2 title, you'd have gotten a much bigger HYPE train.. than the current one. Just look at the current like & dislike ratio. AION2 would have had a HYPE train at least as Guild Wars 2 had it or even bigger. AION might not be alive currently.. but that's just because of NCKoreas weak and bad decisions.. yet the TITLE is quite known among everyone and back in the days was called the "WOW Killer". Anyway.. cheers and good luck with .. Aion 2 as a mobile game. I am 100% sure you'd have made bigger profits with an actual MMORPG on PC as currently the MMORPG scene is quite dead and needs a new MMORPG .. you've had your chance to take the spot with continuing a very good franchise but you've yet again failed. the thing is, for free to play, mobile is where all the money is. It sucks arse as a PC player, but that's the simple truth. It's why so many games are getting mobile ports now, because mobile games are far easier to monetise, and often cheaper to develop and maintain. The reality is they don't give a single fuck what players want, they only care about making money.

mobile is the future, asian people spend allot of time commuting, and with nothing else to do they have mobile games to kill time. its a billion dollar market, much bigger than pc, and ncsoft is not after making great games, they only care for $$$. If you take has an example the cheap ripoff of the chinese LOL who produced billions last year, you can understand why everyone is jumping on mobile. It makes sense for Ncsoft, not so much for blizzard thou, since they have a diferent target audience

I've played Aion for several years from the beta. That was honestly for me the biggest game of my life, regardless of the clumsy updates overtime. I had pre-ordered and play all the betas of this game. Played it the hell of all my free time, enjoyed every single of PvE and PvP. Today, I'm 24, and I'd be willing to pay a lot to play a revamped version of Aion, matching 2019 standards. I haven't hooked on another MMO since. But now we are told this game will be mobile? What the hell?! Huge disappointment for me and everyone else. I can't understand this choice, even from a financial point of view. People today are still willing to pay, even including subscription plans, for a decent MMO with a promising future and a successful past.
Same except I first played on private server then joined when it became F2P. This game was just magic but updates including more and more grind and most important RNG just killed the game, not to mention the poor management of Gameforge in Europe. It's such a shame, this game deserves a proper PC sequel : the gameplay was fantastic and addictive, the art style and OST were wonderful. I really miss this adversity with the opposite faction of the server.
This is gonna end up just like Aion Vision trailer back in the day - actually, it's not gonna happen, only thing that will happen thats more broken hearts in player base and saltier tears. I am already crying btw.
동영상을 보니 마음이 뭉클하네요. 아이온을 하며 익숙했던 마을 그리고 각 클래스의 스킬 그리고 음악이 제 인생의 한 페이지를 장식했던 아이온을 다시 생각나게 해서 마음이 뭉클합니다. 그 어떤 게임에서도 맛볼수 없었던 진정 탱커다운 클래스 수호성과 활성화 되어 있었던 필드쟁, 그리고 처음이자 마지막으로 아이온에서만 경험할수 있었던 공중전. 모든 것이 아이온은 정말 최고의 MMORPG 였습니다. 법사계열만 만나면 순식간에 녹는 너무 뚜렷한 클래스상성이 마음에 안들어서 접긴 했지만 접은후 여러 게임을 해봐도 아이온만큼 몰입이 되고 즐거워했던 게임은 없었던거 같네요. 오랫동안 아이온2를 기다려왔는데 모바일로 나온다니 안타깝습니다. 아이온을 사랑했던 수많은 유저들이 PC로 즐길수밖에 없는 스케일의 아이온2를 기다린다는 점을 기억해주세요.
I need Aion 2 so much. I have wished for it for so many years and it's my most desired dream and wish but if this is just another mobile game, my heart will be crushed. I will not let myself be disappointed until I see the results of this game but I will not be overly happy about it so I don't get crushed if it does turn out to be "another mobile" game. Anyway, I'm happy. I never thought this was gonna happen and I have people to contact now. I love Aion so much and I want nothing more than have a Aion 2.

This is not ProjectA2.. It's been reported through multiple sources that there is infact a PC/CONSOLE MMORPG based on their Aion IP. NCSOFT was showing their MOBILE lineup, not their pc projects. Gstar begins in two days and we will get alot more info on TL and one other new PC GAME... With that being said, glad the demand is being shown here and hopefully we get a grand reveal sometime this week
Dream on. It seems to have been scrapped cuz this Mobile Game is still based on UE4. It was planned but most likely scrapped. Calling this game AION 2 is the biggest proof.
NCSoft never ceases to disappoint, even the most hardcore of it's fan-base. Aion holds a special place in my heart and, to see that Aion 2 is mobile is one of the most disheartening things I've ever had to witness. Maybe it's foolish, but I still hold onto the hope that one day, Aion will get a proper sequel/prequel on PC. I just watched this awesome cinematic trailer on my 34 ultra wide pairing with a high quality hi-fi system and get ultra hyped. Then i realised how this game will run on 5' screen and the built-in speakers with the cancerous mobile controll. BRB. while waiting hopelessly for a quality mmo-rpg for the next 3 years. :) BTW. I really like the Diablo franchise but i didn't expect double stab into my heart under one week. #sadness

Making this a mobile game is a massive mistake, I played the 1st from beta etc, and IMO going mobile with this will just fail in the end and piss off a lot of people, just throw this on a next gen engine, optimize the hell out of it and slap in on the PC platform where it should be.

저는 인던성으로써 잉기스온에 처음 들어섰을때 마족들을 만나면서 PVP의 꿈을 키웠어요. 그때 콧털이란 수호성이 PVP 개그 영상을 올렸는데 엄청난 감명을 받았죠.
그 이후로 아이온계 PVP 빌런이 됫습니다.
아이온 클래식 이후로 더 이상의 클래식 아이온은 없겠죠

게임 되게 기대 되는데 ... 컨셉도 좋고 대결구도도 너무 흥미진진하고 , 이렇게 잘 만든 게임을 한 몇 개월 하고 현질 현타 와서 유저 떠나고 서버 반토막 나는 그런 운영은 이번엔 좀 아니었으면 좋겟다. 오래 오래 업데이트 되면서 할 수 있는 게임이면 좋겠다. 제발 ... 차라리 처음 pc 아이온처럼 유료이용권으로 게임하고 , 뭔 맥락없는 뽑기 같은건 제발 안내 놓을 수는 없나.(김택진 대표 nc는 사행성을 조장하지 않는다고 ..이게 말임 방구임 ..ㅠㅠ 이형은 nc게임 안해본걸까.) 이게 도박게임인지 mmorpg 인지 구분이 모호할 정도야. 아이온도 그런식이면 진짜 nc는 손절각 .. ㅠㅠ 이미 마음 많이 떠났지만.. 아이온에 다시 한번 기대 걸어봄... 근데 뭔가 은근 벌써 실망 안 할 자신이 없다.

Making this a mobile game is a massive mistake, I played the 1st from beta etc, and IMO going mobile with this will just fail in the end and piss off a lot of people, just throw this on a next gen engine, optimize the hell out of it and slap in on the PC platform where it should be.
