I've recently heard that the sling isn't doing so well. In a recent article I read, Polypropylene a cheap commercial plastic polymer made into hernia and pelvic mesh. Some polymer scientists will say it is not compatible with the human body and should never be fashioned into an implant meant to last a lifetime. I am a young male pt who under went a prostectomy, (DaVince Robot) and for the last 7-8 y ears have experienced urinary incontinence (pads, Depends) at a much higher rate. Now, it's just embarrassing. Please help.

Little pain after procedure is that realistic?
