yep i seen that after i bought this. The dealer put new rims and tires to try and clean this thing up a little to sell it. Dont forget to check the playlist out in description for more vids.

Been watching your video’s on the outlaw. Have had a similar situation with my 2001 Sportsman 500. Seems like every time I take a part off I find 2 more that also need to be replaced. I put a 2004 low milage engine in my 2001. Changed the stator so that would be the same. Problem I have is that it won’t run unless 8 spray either in the carb. Ran fine before I took things apart to change engines. Any suggestions? Thanks for your consideration. Your videos are very thorough and a pleasure to watch.

Same carb for those years? Same cdi for those years engines? Replaced a running engine with a low mileage engine? You got alot going on here hard to say over the internet.

I just picked up a 05 525 and has the same boot issue and did not think it was going to be this dramatic to replace 😑

Lol. Just keep a eye on the boots and you should be good. This atv was very neglected. Make sure you use a high quality grease upon repair to help with inner housing wear. These housing are hard to find and can't get from Polaris anymore if there really wore down
