Daniel i wouldn’t call her heartless, she does have feelings and is capable of caring for others + has been shown to have abandonment issues (from the death of her mother bird, and her devastated reaction to nightmare’s death in her sc4 ending) however, since her childhood was so full of abuse and bloodshed its kinda conditioned her behavior and worldview

Sadly as we know based on Tekken 7 being fan favorite doesn't mean anything compared to what characters are most used. So we might have to expect Tira and some other fan favorite characters from SC share fate of some fan favorite characters from TK like Lei, Julia and Anna.
