I truly enjoy your content and that you show a great variety from in the kitchen to out in the garden. You have helped me in many many ways and I just want to say thank you. Have a wonderful day.
and it is....delicious...i'm a fan. I started wondering if I could use other types of Brassicaceae seeds (broccoli, cabbage etc) all the same family. I should give it a shot.
You are so ambitious…and I mean that in all the great ways…❤I never grew Mustard. I could grow in containers right? It’s just me, so I don’t need a lot. This is interesting. Thank you Martha ❤
thanks! mustard grows really well in containers, I almost never have to grow it anymore since it is growing wild in the field next door...I go over and harvest the leaves and pods. It grows very similar to a thick and tall spinach...it is great, full of vits and wonderful. also has really pretty flowers. If you have some wild area near you, you could toss some seeds out there (in early spring or late fall) and enjoy it in the spring. The leaves are pokey though so be careful, not like stinging nettle but not fun either. Here is a short I did: ruclips.net/video/8AMlWTfq70Q/видео.html
I bet you could do it only with seed if someoe pulverized maybe half of them a lot more. the dry mustard I used is yellow so it changes the color a bit, gives a different depth of flavor and added spiciness...certainly I bet doing all seed would work too...I like it spreadable so I would really grind up some of that seed into powder....hmmmm we might have to try that!

I'll bring the sauerkraut, Kielbasa, and bratwurst
AMEN! using Guinness was a great win too
Lady we share taste buds! I love Guinness and dr pepper is my favorite soda! 😂 I haven't found many who like both!
My favorite beer for sure.
This looks interesting enough to try. Do you soak the seeds on the counter or fridge?
personally I soaked them in a canning jar, just on the counter. Im sure in the fridge would work just as well. It really is quite good.
Well lookie here! I just harvested my mustard seeds!
Why the added dry mustard? Why not use my seeds and less liquid?
