At first glance of the kayak sitting on the waters edge I thought “ the kitchen sink must be below deck “ 🤣. Man , that’s a LOT OF STUFF! Another enjoyable video 👍
Great pike ! Way to break in the new yak. Thanks for the shoutout too Luke. And I think you'll catch a largemouth bass first on that crazy A-rig for sure.
That is an insane rig. There so much vibration the fish will think its an outboard. 😜 I didn't even realize there was such a thing as a grass pickerel until that video. lol
Ah stripe thru the eyes, interesting. I fish some lakes by Indiana and caught pickerel maybe those are grass and not chain. I’ll have to look closer next time. Hey nice first fish on new boat!!!!!!👍
Thanks for mentioning my name Luke, much appreciated buddy. Pike is hitting it first. I hope those aren’t all jackhammers. 😂😂 Nice first fish from the new kayak.
That’s the rig to end all rigs! That’s about a $100 dollar loss when it gets bit off tho…😂 You should mount jerk baits on it, up the ante a bit. I’d say a largemouth would go for it. Maiden voyage and a big toothy critter, nice net job! I’d have cried if that Jackhammer got lost. That fire craw is 🔥!
Thanks for watching buddy! The total cost of it was about $55! It’s pretty heavy so I can’t cast it all that far. I’ve gotta give it a few hours on the lake to see if it will get bit! We made it home safe from Florida late last night and the warm weather didn’t follow us!
Yes sir. Hope all is well champ . Love the 4 banger chatter bait combo…. I would think a pike is pretty aggressive when on the bite. Good chance the pike will win the race but fish a Muskie loaded area and you find yourself a skie
I’ve heard about them but I don’t. The smell doesn’t bother me too bad. It’s not as bad as those big nasty sardines I was using for ice fishing! Now those are BAD!
Awesome! Thank you for the opportunity! Looking forward to watching your open water season!
As I always I appreciate your support buddy! Congrats!

Thanks for watching brother! I didn’t know they existed until I looked it up after I caught it!
Best comment ever, Dug 😂👍
I'm guessing a bass! I'm looking forward to a summer of great fishing videos!
Trying it out as I type this Derek! Stay tuned and thank you for the support brother!
Also, that A rig is awesome
I threw it around a little bit today no luck. Something WILL bite it!
Thanks for the shoutout, buddy!!! 🤨👍
My guess for the A-Rig is a big Northern only because I know how badly you’re hunting them this year.
Good guess! Haven’t had one take it yet but I’ve been throwing it!
Love your setup! Good looking fish! Mr Jack Daniels himself! hehehe
Thank you! I appreciate you watching!
@@TheOutdoorConquest Np, was an awesome thumbnail too. Most people dont appreciate a good TN!

Thanks for mentioning my name Luke, much appreciated buddy. Pike is hitting it first. I hope those aren’t all jackhammers. 😂😂 Nice first fish from the new kayak.
No problem brother! Thanks for your support! They’re all regular 1/4oz chatter baits !

Thanks for your support brother as always! I appreciate you! Not many Muskie near me but I bet a pike will drill it!
great vid again keep them coming still ice fishing here ..cant wait for open water
Thanks buddy! We had a really nice warm up down here but it’s starting to feel like Winter again!
Pending what lake you go to i think in land lake will be large mouth. If lake st. Clair small mouth.
I’m going to be trying an inland lake first for sure. It’s a massive bait to throw! Thanks for watching brother!
5:42. Smell your hands! Lol🤣 But seriously, do you have the stainless soap bar? It will get rid of that pike smell! 🤮
I’ve heard about them but I don’t. The smell doesn’t bother me too bad. It’s not as bad as those big nasty sardines I was using for ice fishing! Now those are BAD!
@@TheOutdoorConquest lol that's great! You could just use the ol lemon juice and soap n water . That usually does the trick.
Bass
I think so too!
What lake are you at???
Tommy’s just off lake Orion
@@TheOutdoorConquest ok I might have to look at that place.
@@everydaylife9611 it’s semi private which is nice. Small lake but has decent fishing!
