I wouldn’t recommend adding Dark Paladin to this specific build since it would require running some Dark Magician cards, which would hurt the Deck’s consistency. I didn’t consider Dark Paladin while building this Deck, but I love the idea, it's such a cool monster! Maybe I should try making a Buster Blader/Dark Paladin focused Deck sometime 🙂

If you're referring to the Prologue of Destruction GY effect, it unfortunately cannot protect Buster Dragon or the Buster Blader Fusion, as it only protects 'Destruction Sword' cards. Destruction Sword Flash is another trap that could protect them, but it's way too situational and hard to set up. That's why I recommended in the combo section to wait for your opponent to commit something to the board before summoning, so they can't use cards like Impermanence or Lightning Storm on your Buster Blader and Buster Dragon. Another great way to protect them is by summoning Red-Eyes Black Fullmetal Dragon alongside them 🙂
For Master Duel, I'd recommend just adding 3 Maxx C. It's only one extra card since the Max Metalmorph cards aren't in the game yet. You don't have to run the typical negate Maxx C cards like Ash and Crossout because this deck can keep it's Special Summons in check under Maxx C.
