Yea this is the only actually simple and working one i was able to get 13 maps before i got the cool down by closing my game when i got the map. If it doesn't spawn out of nowhere retry the glitch just close app and go to camp.

Bro I don't think you can do this glitch on PC. On PS I changing MTU settings. But if you use some mode for solo session, you should disconnect internet. Sorry I can't check this glitch on PC.
I just tried to do the camp part. And before it was camped at the exact spot, but when i reloaded into a new session(after i choose camp on the online selection) it moves me farther away from the actual spot. Why?

You should make a vid on this if you haven’t, but all you have to do is: -Go to Anthony Foreman near Rhodes and start blood money mission stagecoach stickup -Mark points on the map by the “N” of Heartlands, a point in the center of the area with the very small river thing to the right of the “S” of Heartlands, on point near the 3 way intersection south of the middle of the “H” and “A” of New Hanover, and point at the top right of the “H” of New Hanover. -Go to the markers, sometimes there will be a map pinned on the tree and there will be a lamp on the ground near it so it’s easy to see, other times the random events all can give you maps. -When you collect the map, as soon as you see the map added to you satchel (shown on right side) have your button on the Xbox menu to quit the game ready and quit as soon as you see it. -Reload the game and rinse and repeat.
this means that you already have all the treasure maps. If you don't want to get a cooldown for three days, close the game, then launch it and continue playing

When you leave the map on the tree, you still need to switch the internet, you didn't do it, so you got a cooldown again. You need to watch the video carefully
