  • Roasted Tea (Masala Chai)
    Ingredients:
    2 teaspoons loose-leaf black tea
    1 teaspoon grated ginger
    1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
    2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
    1 tablespoon sugar (or to taste)
    Paneer Pakodas
    Ingredients:
    250 gm paneer (Indian cheese), cut into small cubes
    1 cup gram flour (chickpea flour)
    1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
    1/4 Kasuri Meethi
    1/6 Ajwain
    1/4 teaspoon coriander seeds
    1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
    1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
    1/2 cup yogurt
    Vegetable oil for frying
    Chutney or raita for serving (optional)
