Hell yea, I got a late black Friday deal and got thr impact set with a bag, charger and the dinky cp 2.0 for 99 bucks lol, kinda wish I woulda got the hammer drill kit now but oh well. Money well spent
The Gen 3 might work smoother because of a bigger or heavier planetary drive might have a bigger Sun gear which might give it a little bit more talk although reducing the speed 🤔 Great video bro👍💯🇺🇸
I'm mainly concerned with the hammer drill. I wouldn't mind the gen 3 being the same size as the gen 2 as long as it has more rpms and more torque. I know the gen 3 has more torque but they lost it with the rpms and bpm
I like the new gen 3 impact driver over the gen 2 impact driver, an the upgraded led lights. However a far as the gen 2 vs gen 3 hammer drill. It says that the gen 2 has like 350 torque and 1700 rpm, an that the gen 3 has 400 torque. But then only 1500 rpm, so now torque but less overall speed idk.. The new chuck is nice, but kind of like the look of the gen 2 hammer drill more then the gen 3. It looks beefier and I like the smaller sized selector switch.
Well I really like the new ones, they are lighter and have more power, Right now they are still on sale at home depot were you get a free battery. Thanks for watching
If you have gen 2 just wait till gen 4 unless you have to buy! Not much of a difference because I would still put up the same picture and drill the same wall!
Hey everyone, I need some advice. I got the Milwaukee 3/8 drive M12 ratchet that was bundled with the batteries and charger the other day. I don’t have anything to compare it with, but the ratchet seems slower than I expected it to be. Is that normal, or does it sound like I got a defective one?
I have it and love it. It’s not powerful and not super fast but is more of a finesse tool. The best part to me is it doesn’t overtighten and if you use it like a conventional socket for your last few turns it finishes the job perfectly.
@@jeremyneill1759 Yeah, that’s pretty much why I decided to get it since they had such a good deal on the bundle. Too many people want the most powerful ratchets not even knowing that you really have no control over the torque, and can easily over tighten things very easily. It’s usually best to break them free with a manual ratchet or breaker bar, then use the cordless for speed. Same thing goes for putting things back together. Use the cordless for speed, then finish with a manual ratchet or torque wrench.
You know I really like the new stuff. It's not a huge difference, but I like the grip, the lights, but only time will tell. There is a electric problem to with the drill. I need to more testing. So if you have extra cash yes. If you have a good working gen two then no.
It is definitely worth it especially if you get it by 10/23. The battery deal alone makes it worth it. I have gen 2 also which will stay in the shop while the gen 3 will stay with my work truck.
What's the matter with you? You switch drills back and forth and heep saying "this drill", but I still don't know which one did what. And using different hands ? You are a lousy tester.
you should invest on a decent mic. it would help grow your channel, because your content is great.
I was thinking the same thing. Good video, if you get a mic it would be even better 👍
Great video man! 👍🏼
Just found this channel today ! Subscribed 🔙😜

I had them both and they both rock but the new ones are definitely better and powerful

Hi there
Hi :)
Try the Surge ! You will never go back !
Second that!
The m 12 surge is my all time favorite!!!!!!
Making Stuff & Breaking Stuff m12 surge and a m 18 regular for big stuff

The surge is slower and I like speed in a small package..

So which one is better for commercial or industrial jobs? Seriously

He didn’t even start new threads for gen 3 test on the impact . Looks like he just reversed it out after the gen 2 tests and redrilled the same hole
