as much as i do think its a little funny to hack onto unstable, leaking ip and posting world download is a bit icky since horace's (builder) builds were comissioned and cost a lot of money to make. this is something parrot (and other members) explicitly said theyre not going to do so atleast ask for permission
You are free to do whatever you want at publicly available Minecraft servers, as long as it doesn't violate Mojang ToS/EULA. If admins had no intention to share builds, maybe they should, you know, whitelist their servers?

Just so ya know, i think this is hilarious, but as a correction: its not a "scripted" smp, acripted means like som1s in control and its made to look like its just playing out randonly. This is a roleplay server, you can tell by the way that the videos are made, and, its more of a movie making server, because these aren't so much yt vids as they are movies. This server is like a storytelling server, even TheoBaldTheBird said so on his stream once, saying that it was a storytellung server rather than a scripted server.
I don't know about them being movies, most movies have artistic choices like cinematography and lighting, and things like editing are definitely not used to their full artistic potential. If they wanted to work to make something that I would start to really consider a movie, they would need to improve their storytelling and start thinking about their artistic intent and the artistic tools they have at their disposal. Don't get me wrong, things like the music and builds are great and truly feel like they make part of a story, but when for example a video is 4 hours long when it's definitely not needed and it artistically adds nothing, it feels less and less like a movie...
@maximumg99 i agree, it does feel very long at some points... yet in a game made of blocks showing proper detail can take longer because irl you can detail things so much more, but as minecraft is the only way to record these "movies" it takes longer and longer to put in detail.
