I lived in a mobile home community..new single 2 Br two bath..very nice but other people didn't keep up the repairs on their homes..because they are so reasonable to buy for low income people..its all they could do to pay for their lot payments at this time 7/2000.. it was $600 a month..plus your new mobile home payments...mine was $380.00 a month..total $980.00 a month..plus utilities..and to look at and be financially stuck in a mobile home court was depressing..mostly because other people let their homes fall apart mobile homes ARE NOT A good structure ..they are just like a car/ bus..i wouldn't suggest buying or living in a moble home community..dont invest in this type of a home.
