Ji loose skin in neck can be easily treated with laser treatment but that does not means ke its the only option. I wud highly recommend u to do guasha everyday before bath for minimum 5 minutes u will definitely see a great difference.. i just uploaded a short on this n will upload some more for loose skin

Retinol use krti hun skin peel hoti anti aging h manti hun lekin peeling k wjha se dusre k samne acha nhi lgta kya koi solution h iske lie
under eyes par retinol use nahi kiya karein. retinol is made for areas like forehead, cheeks, nose, around mouth area. under eyes ki skin thin hoti hai us par retinol use karne se dry eyes disease ho sakta hai and it can worsen your eyes.

Dear ur blue veins are visible because the skin underneath ur eyes is very thin so it's almost very difficult to curb this problem but u r young so I wud suggest u to use castor oil everyday under ur eyes at night. It's very strong so be careful n apply in a very less quantity..beside this just use a retinol based eye cream that is available in ur country..and there are few exercises that can help so make sure to do them regularly
