I have a weakness for vintage cookbooks. Sometimes I use the pages or images for collage or ephemera, but I love to save the unique recipes to include in journals for other people as a fun surprise in a pocket. Someone will be so happy when they find "Aunt Judy's Soda Cake" recipe! LOL! My goodness, you certainly have an eye for good thrift finds! Wow! Can't wait to see how you put all these treasures into action. Thanks for sharing!
Love all your treasures. You were talking about Little House on the Prairie and I found a great item. It was a book of letters sent to Laura Ingles Wilder from children. Most of the letters were scan copies. So sweet and I have not been able to use them yet. I also found copies of all but one of her books. I have been enjoying reading them. Its always great fun finding these old books. I also found an antique store where they have different sellers in booths, one of them was in the very back of the store and there was a man selling off his grandfathers very large collection of books. My sister and I got books from the very late 1800's and early 1900's. Some were in German and French. And they were only 1.00 each.
Such cute finds!! I can’t believe you found that many sewing patterns!! I’ve only found 2/3 legit cute ones!! Most are always ugly and random 😂😅 my hubby and I watched all the little house episodes over the summer!
Hello! Your channel just popped up, #newsubbie I just did a prototype of an ideals full journal and am going to do a series of tutorials. It may help you feel better about using the pages and keeping them intact. Great haul. Loved the children’s books the most. Thanks for sharing.
I love those washi tapes. I know what you mean about collaging, love trying to do it, always second guessing myself if I like it or not, once done. Hope you are not getting g a cold.🤗

I love that! I’m better at finding than I am at using the items. I want to hoard them!

This is amazing! I just found another collection of her books at a library bookstore. I still enjoy reading them.
The most beautiful ideals images, I save for the centers of signatures so you can see the whole page at once. 😃
