Most Major cities in developed countries have one way barriers on major roads, its good to see Bulawayo is keeping up with the trends. Chaos and erratic roads are for the very poor countries.
Great work Bulawayo City Council! Sokule order. Next step is stepping up and keeping up on ukucleaner izitadala siyazi liyazama. Keep on keeping on Council yethu and bring back iBulawayo esiyaziyo. Obviously the major extenuating cause of things deteriorating to this point is economic but it shouldn't be an excuse ukuthi siziyekelelele lathi Bulawayo omuhle. Kasincediseni iCouncil yethu. Labo somabhizimusi abemtshova labathengisayo abangalahleli ingcekeza lapho abasebenzela khona. Kuthatha ukuthi siphathisane sonke ukuthi senze indawo yethu ukuthi ihlanzeke.
Zwangendaba lam not sure really how this saves a purpose to create a one way.l guess there are our ways better than this such as traffic signs or lights that can do this job better than drums.Remember we now have advanced technologies such as cameras that will enforce the rules and regulations. Thus my opinion.Where there are plain intersections, better ways of enforcing discipline rather than drums as if we are still in the olden days😢😢😢

How much was the budget to install those filthy drums. What a shame. Can't think of something that will decorate the city, damn.

Still trying to understand how reducing space can reduce congestion...
