@@SSSoziro you are right we can hold on to those feelings and sometimes forever. But does it do us any good. I have been hurt by a lot of people who should have never done those things to me and I was hurt for a long time but when you get to a certain point in life it's best to forgive them you aren't getting rid of that hurt but you do it for the person who is asking for forgiveness. Unfortunately we have to remember what they did. set boundaries for that to never happen again. That might be not to allow that person to not be in your life. IDK I just know what I would do. If I were say what people have done for me people would probably say that they feel bad for me but I take it as life lessons even when I know that it's horrible. That's why I don't have any friends or any partner in life.
