An Unsung Hero from Union County

In this video, Sarah Costa - principal of Roselle Park High School, recognizes Isabella Lima, a senior who was honored as an Unsung Hero by the Union County School Boards Association. When Lima’s younger brother, Isaac, suffered a fall that resulted in a spinal cord injury and left him in a wheelchair, his big sister did everything she could to assist in his recovery. She remains his biggest supporter, helping him with his studies and making sure everyone sees more than a wheelchair when they see Isaac. She also has done well in school while working, participating in extracurricular activities and applying to colleges. She truly is an unsung hero.
