This is what was indicated on the patch note - " The 1:1 Inquiry Service (herein, the customer center) will not assist you with moving/transferring items after you have claimed them, so please be sure to claim the rewards as the character you want to open." nothing I can do anymore. I know it is my mistake but as a new player (and still at the point of figuring out the game) they should have at least a system that prevents you from claiming certain items from the server mail if it is only for a specific class and not usable by other classes.

If you know all items stats, the SEA website already list all rewards , you can check that by urself Show the items can help new players or returners, hope more and more come back play😁
i have a concern tho if you claim your mission box from lvl 99 DA, because the mission box level 1 is needed to be level up it to 45 (character) and "awaken" for lvl 4 so if you're already a lvl 99 and already awaken does the box automatically open? haha
