60K RMB? That's about $12KAUD /year. (250 per week). Sounds a fair bit but may prove a bargain looking back in another 5 or 10 years.
How much is the hotel. Is it expensive
It starts from 600-800 RMB per room , depending on time of the year - more for the bigger suites.
