basically means that whatever tragedy that happens or injury, you cant recover. Because it always stays in your heart forever.

To be honest I’ve been through dark stages in life but giving up I thought I should Never do because life is to short and we should all make the most of our lives do what’s worth for you, because who you are today is exactly enough it is okay to feel not okay sometimes because uno what the pain people go through just makes you a stronger person it doesn’t actually make you weak it makes it makes you a strong and confident person don’t let anyone tell you who you can’t hang around with or what you should do in life

For me i have a normal life but my family members thinks im normal and all but when i go somewhere private i cry because i feel lonely and scared i dont know if this is called depression...(im 11 and i dont have family problems i just have issues with something else because i lose everyone i love the most for example all my pets and nobody understands me my parents said im overthinking or i just pretend or i put it in my head but no its nothing like that...)

"Some people come into your life just to teach you how to let go." - This one hits me hard. I met my second wife in 2005. We were married in 2011. She died in 2013 at the age of 39. I was devastated. I spent three years living in perpetual sadness after that. I was so sad that the person who brought so much happiness to my life was gone.
I wanted to get back to a normal life as best as I could but I couldn't figure out how. She came to me in a dream in 2016 and told me that I needed to let go. The next day I took off my wedding ring and a huge weight was lifted off my soul. I had finally let go of the sadness and grief.
I'm a better man because of her. She taught me so much about life, love, relationships, true friendship, and then in the end she taught me how to let go and live again. That's true love.
God sent her into your life for a reason, the same reason He took her so soon, He sent her to your dreams to tell you the reason, he loves everyone and has a plan for them Amen

I really love the first quote. I have had some people who came in to my life that taught me how to let go and I thank God for it, although at the time it hurt. I learned a long time ago that there is good in goodbye and sometimes hell in hello. Be cautious of who you let in your life!!!
