    I live in Germany and I had never heard of this movie until a colleague recommended it to me today. After watching it, I got up and went for a walk. This walk was incredibly enjoyable in part because I felt so free. It is unfortunate that many humans can incarcerate innocent people and this is absolutely okay to them. The strength required to endure imprisonment while innocent is otherworldly.
    Wherever you are in this vast world of ours, it is my hope that you and yours are well.

    For those of you who may not know, this movie is a very true story. It's not a fictional piece of work. The guys the film is bad on literally worked with the actors themselves to make sure the story was told right.

    I cried when I watched this movie. I cried because I felt so touched that half of this man life was taken from him by Cops who merely wanted to put one black man in prison to make an precedent. They get no punishment at all even though its evident that they are to blame for the years of this man taken. It felt paroxysm of dismay that the are selfish people that will never want to hear the truth doesn't matter what you say. Everyone should see this movie. It shows you how the system has been set up.

    Its pretty amazing that this movie and MANY other amazon originals on amazon prime are rated 4.8 / 5 stars.. Yet Good Will Hunting, and a couple other ultrasuper mega classic movies, often considered some of the greatest movies ever made, aren’t even 4.8... Thats not just a little fishy, thats a straight up scam. Theres no where for me to post this otherwise so i came here..

    • @mtmnynj8071
      @mtmnynj8071 7 лет назад +1

      Ok. You have a VERY good point, Sir. And 1 that within the context of the movie being presented holds up well. However, regarding how easy it is for someone to be accused and convicted of something they didn't do, or simply shot dead on site, it seems far to easy. It's scary. But again, I can't doubt the validity of what you said. (Please keep in mind though: In 1999, Carl King brought the case to the attention of attorney William Robedee, who was struck by Thomas Charlemagne’s change in his account and the lack of physical evidence tying Warner to the murder. King had located witnesses never called by the defense who said Colin Warner was not at the scene of the crime. Mario Hamilton’s brother provided an affidavit saying that he only identified Warner because he was pressured by
      police.)
