Location: Enir-Ilim - Cleansing Chamber Anteroom
Difficulty: 4/10
Strategy: To start this fight you must interact with the red summoning rune. Before doing this, interact with the orange summoning sign(s), depending on whose side quests you did your allies will join you during the fight. Then interact with the red rune to teleport to the fight. Immediately call your Mimic Tear ashen remains, then heal back to full health. Consume Wondrous Flask with Cerulean Hidden Tear (infinite mana), cast Terra Magica to buff your damage, then spam Great Glintstone Shard on the first enemy that spawns, called "Hornsent". He will die within a few seconds, by the time the second enemy arrives (or very shortly after) he should have died from your Great Glintstone Shards. He'll try to dodge but he doesn't have much health and will quickly go down. Now wait for your stamina to fully recharge, then spam Carian Slicer spell on the second enemy, called "Dryleaf Dane". Now the NPC you summoned before the fight should also join in, so it's 3 vs. 1. If you are quick enough you can kill Dryleaf Dane before Needle Knight Leda arrives (or at least have him nearly defeated). When you're out of stamina wait for it to recharge then run to him and again spam Carian Slicer until out of stamina, rinse and repeat. Don't worry about taking some damage here, just overwhelm Dryleaf Dane with attacks and kill him as fast as possible, then it's 3 vs. 1 against Leda. On her own she doesn't pose much of a threat. Just shoot her with Great Glintstone Shard spell from afar while your teammates distract her. Cast Terra Magica again for increased damage. Leda will try to heal a few times but as long as your teammates are alive you can stay at safe distance and keep attacking constantly, she will try to dodge a bunch which leaves her unable to attack. Bring 5-6 Mana Flasks for this fight. After the fight you will return to your world, you can now loot the bodies of all 3 enemies for their armor sets.
Reward: 300,000 Runes - Hornsent's Set (from his corpse after fight): Falx, Caterpillar Mask, Braided Cord Robe, Braided Arm Wraps, Soiled Loincloth - Dryleft's Set (from his corpse): Dryleaf Robe, Dryleaf Arm Wraps, Dryleaf Cuisardes, Dane's Footwork - Leda's Set (from her corpse): Oathseeker Knight Helm, Leda's Armor, Oathseeker Knight Gauntlets, Oathseeker Knight Greaves

So, it wasn't Miquella who would kill the band but we… well, this is From Software, right?
Yeah but Miquella is still Griffith in this scenario
Imagine having the music off durinf this fight
If you’ve done everyone’s quest to completion, you should be able to summon Ansbach and Thoillier to aid you in your fight. Depending on your choices of course, but side with Ansbach when Leda invades him earlier and he’ll be your ally here.
Doing Hornsent’s quest and summoning him when fighting Messmer turns him crazed with revenge, and he wantonly invades you before burning the sealing tree, taking him out of this fight.
In doing Ansbach’s quest, Frejya will fight with Leda simply for the grand idea of fighting you and him in battle.
Dryleaf dane will always fight with Leda, even if you smoked him upon first arrival in the Cadu Altus.
Not certain about Moore, but i think it has to do with how you answer his question when you talk to him after the charm is broken.
And finally you need to do Thoillier’s quest with Saint Trina to get him to appear here as a friendly summon.
This fight is actually one of the best parts of the DLC if you’ve done everyone’s quest. Only rough part is moore throwing a million scarlet rot pots at you but the rest is kind of just a skill issue. imo it’s a better storyline than any other NPC quest in base game pardon Ranni’s quest. it’s too compelling
I did the mistake of telling fat guy to not lose hope, not get invaded by horn guy and kill tholliers boss alone after he went to cerulean coast so all I have is and a h which means my game is basically locked
@@ramborator4880 So Thoillier doesn’t have a summon for the Putrescent Knight, all you need to do is talk to him after killing the knight and then speak with him again in front of Saint Trina. You gotta imbibe Trina’s nectar like 4 times until she talks to you in the death scene (option to imbibe shows up when talking to Trina)
Do that, talk to thoillier until dialogue is exhausted, then imbibe yourself again and speak with him until his last dialogue is “A-Ah..”
It’ll let you summon him, but i’m pretty certain all of this has to be done before burning the sealing tree.
I also told moore to “get over it” and i didn’t really know if that was the best response for him at that point in my playthrough lmao.
Morale of the story is that miquella is evil as FUCK and mohg got done dirty
@@jj2621 where is he after killing the knight and saying he'd explore the coast?
@@ramborator4880 He should be in Saint Trina’s room, which is just ahead from the site of grace that spawns in the knight boss room after beating it :)
@@jj2621 damn I think Im just screwed since I burned the tree before he managed to get there
Bro what the fuck. I had to fight Freya, Hornsent, Moore, Dryleaf, and Leda... And there were (3) NPC's at the same time.
After reading comments... on my next play through I'm going to kill every single one of the fuckers before the battle.
I’ve got 5 spawning in on me. Horsent, Moore, Leda, frejya, dry leaf
@@NationalEligraphicyeah if have to kill them fast or they all spawn in at the same time and you are screwed.
I got 4 on me right now Moore Freya, Kung fu Dan -even those I beat him earlier , and lady ledia I’m struggling so bad because once you kill one they all just jump in and Moore is hard to deal with
You can get two allies and can also summon spirits though.
@@GoodName111how do you get the second one? I only have one summon available
i remember when fromsoft games was challenging. this whole dlc has felt like a punishment.
yeah, weapons and environment are cool but the balancing is god awful
@@Mike-officialtry picking up scadu blessings. They makea lotta differences
@@sebastianb.3978 have, I got up to the last boss at lvl 135 and +15 and he is still rocking me
@@Mike-officialyou got this bro I’m at 17 and I just beat him after about 70 attempts
@@sklunts what build?
i had to fight 5 enemies including the stupid tank guy who insta scarlet rots you...one summmon and one spirit summonr were not e enough
Did you beat them?
@@Redeyedjedii with tiche and lucky rng yes,but im afraid ppl will be hard stuck in this since you cant summon actual people to help you (coop)
Tbh that's your fault for not doing the questlines
@@Jarjar2270yeah clearly his fault huh, when the questline are dumb to follow in the first place. This is just bad 1v3 is okay but 1v5 is never a good fight
@@theunknown7441 The npcs literally told you what to do
Bringing the gank experience to PvE. THANK YOU MIYAZAKI!!!!
🙏
Are you kidding? It’s awful. Infinite stamina, insane HP, ranged attacks, overlapping attacks, not splitting Aggro etc
@@Budd631its clearly a joke
@@Budd631r/whoosh
@@Budd631sarcasm bro. jesus
And I though frigid outskirts was the worst. I was dead wrong… this is the only boss I actually gave up on. So no final boss for me…
I’m not doing this fight until I find a super effective cheese that one shots them or freezes their AI…
So are we the villains in this DLC?!
No, Miquela had done very dubious things.
He used Mohg's corpse to recreate Radahn and then mind control the puppet Radahn as his consort.
@@20fadhilRevolutionhe also
Left his other half, St. Trina, behind; who mind you, afaik, represents his love and some of his compassion.
@@20fadhilRevolution he didnt mind control radahn they made a promise to be god and consort. when his great rune was broken he couldnt charm anyone and most of miquellas followers still stayed by his side after their charm was broken.
@@bennify1yes he did, he tried to kill real Radahn by using Malenia because Radahn said no, it says it in the description of the Young Lions Armor, and then after we kill Mohg and Radahn in the base game, Miquella puts Radahns soul in Mohgs body, forcing him to become his consort
anyone else hard locked right here, where you touch the sign and get transported but then literally nothing happens there? no enemies or allies show up for me, and I don't get dialogue...
why was I fighting all of them PLUS Freyja? I'm stuck on this awful part
Yeah I thought messmer was bad. This is just so artificially stupid it's not even funny. Why would they think this was a good idea or would be fun for anybody
For real this is one of the worst designed fights in fromsoft history
I thought it was very fun, you’d prolly have a better time if you toke the time to do side quests and summon the two npc hellpers but it’s too late now 🙃
You did not do the questline
@@Redeyedjedii? It was the best moment from the dlc
The one core operator has hands slice weapons non stop slicing me up I can’t even dodge him out lol the other boss was knight boss I just got find a way to beat the Leda I’m tired of grinding. For runes with 48 strength I’m tired
this is my favorite boss fight in all of the souls games period, mostly because i’m attached to these characters and they’re part of my story too. would have been completely fine if the dlc just ended like this.
this is reinforced by the fact that the fight has less enemies and gets easier the more time you invest into leda’s companions. the game rewards you for playing it thoroughly, and the story of the fight changes if you just skip over stuff
I tried doing this without Mimic Gear. Downright impossible
Probably my most favorite part in the whole dlc..
Best part of the DLC, beating all of them made me feel like i was the boss to them
For abyone who wants ro try frenzy good luck the first giy you fight cant just rush you and ohko you
Question : how to summon noble sanguine noble nataan? is it just default if u not clear sir ansbach questline? also how many npc that i can defeat/cut off first before fighting leda? so far that i know u can get invaded by moore and hornset. so when fighting leda only leaves freya, dane, and leda?
This was a better final boss than the final boss.
I swear I wanna build around all frenzy incantations just to burn this fight to the ground. It's one of the mosr frustrating fights in an unfair way.
How the hell did he get Moore not to appear?
he probably killed him beforehand. I helped Leda kill hornsent and i dont have to fight him.
LoL you took of the soundtrack? This video is a crap
Where did you get the summon noble?
Dark souls 2 graverobbers make their triumphant return
FACTS this is how I felt.
How do you get Leda’s Armor???
That's what I'm after too! I think you get it after going through the full questline for her. Hopefully this correct!
complete her questline and side against her
It's on the next room after the battle
@Hauptmann.exe. Nice! This armor set is a must have!
@@quasiking6246 yes, there isn't the entire set there, just the armor part. I'm still searching for the rest 🐻❄️
Why does Moore not spawn for you
He died early
@@F1shyBab1shyhow?
What’s the e name of the song during this?
Those United In Common Cause
Hands down my favorite fight
Is there any way to have as many npcs to fight you? I want to roleplay as a villain fighting a band of heroes.
Don't complete any of their quest that's what I did 1v5 a pain in the ass
I did all the quests blind and loved this fight, it felt like an actual climax and story moment which Fromsoft games usually never have, you can summon two allies AND a spirit which makes it considerably easier, it really isn't that hard to kill them as they appear until YOU and your allies outnumber them. They have a LOT of health and damage but I feel like if you did none of the quests, which are also considerably more straightforward and easy to find in the dlc, then that might be on you.
This fight is garbage
i agree bro the summons just stand around while the others are trying to kill you and it is even more annoying cause they are tanky
You are supposed to do everyone’s quest to get more allies and reduce enemies. I believe at maximum you get a trina bro, a mohgger bro and yourself as a summon while they at worst get Leda, Dane (who tf is this guy?) and Freyja
@@KhangNguyen-ij4xhit’s possible to fight five at once
@@KhangNguyen-ij4xhhow tf is he supposed to know that?
@@alenmack3471by not rushing the story and take time to explore and interact the questlines and npcs
Absolutely love this boss fight. After doing everyone’s questlines this was just an incredible way to finish everything. Definitely my favourite part of the dlc
this is how the bosses feels when you summon coops and mimic
One of the Best "boss" in the game, super epic
not gonna lie... i actually love this battle lmao
This might just be the worse fight in the game, a 4 way fight is bs
4 way lol for me its a literal gang bang 5 v 1 lol but I agree its a garbage fight with or without quest
How are there only 3 of them im going against 4?
I'm going up against 5! And it sucks!
@@bombthing yeah i cant even beat the 4 after the 32nd try i dont know what to do
@@kaleb2976 Yeah lol. I don't even know if it's possible at this point
@@Redeyedjedii i ended up beating them earlier with mogh spear worked amazing against them

Im stuck on this stupid part
Same man im so anooyed
The usual stuff, mimic tear bleed frost blender
mage xppppppp
Wait i only got leda armor how u got all them?
Can somone tell what happend and why are we fighting leda?
We're going against Miquella, so Leda and her allies would naturally come after us.
Mogh's spear with the mimic can work really well (and the npc summon too)
doesn’t the npc summon just give the enemies more defense and health?
@@devdev331 ok but try fighting 5 of these fuckers at once
Since they are player enemies, they don't actually
how to get there?
