STRATEGY:
Get some good 20 widths and buy stuff from the black market. Order as fast as possible. Black market is broken so you will constantly get stuff even though you only ordered some things once. 7-2's work. Get the Unionists elected and don't do anything to deal with the FWA. They will coup you and eventually you take a focus that makes you lose cores on your own country (bug) so console command core them. Build a level 5 fort in the middle hill that I held in the vid and level 3s on the flank. I didn't realize this until later in the game but AI is dumb and doesn't garrison ports and you can land because they won't put out their navy (probably due to fuel). So spam out 20 2 widths and set up naval invasions (use the ISP exploit for infinite invasion capacity) and do some math to calculate how many vps you have to take. Then you can enjoy your nicely made Wales.
