Year 2 Day 166 - 21 August 2024 stayed within my limits

took ferdi to the parkinsons choir on monday. found a quiet corner and started to read. i always enjoyed reading but its been hard since it happened. this was one of the first times reading that it didnt exhaust me.
yesterday went in to Amersfoort to get his phone contract sorted. the noise in the shop was a lot but dealt with it. found a terrace for a coffee but with schools being off it was too busy. rather than stay and force it we went to a quieter one and that was good.
it exhausted me but im glad i did it. making sure i didnt go over my limits and an early night counted. im slowly learning.
